* Great location central, near checkpoint charly, and 2 min from subway (U-bhan) * Room was ready before formal checkin time (12:00 pm instead of 3:00 pm) * Room was air conditioned which is not common in Europ and was great at extrimely hot weather. * Forgot rather expensive erphones and the crew located them and helped to send them back. * OK bufe breakfast * Overall frieandly and helpful crew.

Really small thing, no minibar in room only expensive bottles in the reception.

The breakfasts were excellent. Plenty of things, great variety. The staff had a high level of service. The location of the hotel is excellent.

On the first day we arrived at midnight. The air conditioner in the room did not work and it was hot. That day they were fully booked and it was not possible to change rooms. The next day, they checked, informed that the air conditioner could not be repaired and we were given another room instead. It's a shame they don't check before guests arrive that everything is in order. Especially when in advance our reservation was for a room with air conditioning.

Very nice breakfast, good choice. Still, I would suggest to the hotel to have a reservation system for breakfast to avoid wasting tons of food prepared for guests that decide to eat outside. Great: You can chose not to get your room cleaned in exchange for a free drink. Nice staff. Comfortable beds and super location, in the city center, near public transport. Surprisingly quiet at night, you can sleep with open windows (another advatage: You can actually open the windows)

make sure that the executive suite is equipped with all according to amount of people using it (there was no body milk, the shampoo in the shower was empty, 1 fork, 2 cups and 2 coffee etc. for 3 people, no glasses, empty minibar, etc) After our request, the room was replenished in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the remote control did not work for the living room (2nd bedroom) tv. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate.

Nice rooms in the heart of Berlin, all the points of interest were in easy access. Rooms were clean and convenient, but not big enough for a long trip. AC/fridge/safe all that stuff was in the rooms. Good breakfast, big number of parking lots near the hotel, as well hotel has it’s own parking.

Seems that the hotel in gorgeous Berlin should have rather more professional staff. The receptionist didn’t know english at the conversational level. The negotiations about parking was provided with the other guest who had already leaving the hotel and can give us the parking lot, the receptionist only was able to give us the receipt. As well they couldn’t provide any info about the price of parking nearby, and seems that don’t able to give any advice where to eat and what to see firstly. Grumpy staff was an unpleasant thing after a long drive to Berlin.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Select the Wall Berlin Hostel during my visit to Berlin, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From its prime location to its comfortable accommodations and friendly staff, this hostel provided an excellent experience for budget-conscious travelers like myself. First and foremost, the location of Select the Wall Berlin Hostel is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of the city, it is just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks such as the Berlin Wall Memorial and Brandenburg Gate. The hostel is also conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

Location was amazing. It is right next to the Check Point Charlie museum and few minutes walking distance away from all the must see places like Tiergarten, Brandenburgertor etc...Also U bahn is right around the corner. There are two great restaurants across from the hotel; great tapas place and an Irish pub. Facilities; bed was comfortable, room was clean and trendy, staff was helpful apart from helping with parking. But was a good stay overall.

It is mentioned that there is a car park. However, when we arrived there was no room at the car park for us and they can't reserve it so we had to find a parking spot around the hotel which cost us more for the weekend. It is good to check it before arrival.

Great value for money ! Room and hotel in general are very clean and comfortale. Staff is at your's service all the time and very polite. If you want a parking you have it in front of the hotel on a street or ou can park on hotels own parking place (we've booked it in before) since it is not large parking, there is also big parking few minutes walk from hotel (google: Parkplatz Wilhelmstraße) which is cheeper option (the one in hotel is 25-30€ can not remember anymore). Breakfast was great to and they change it a bit from day to day. Location of hotal is perfect if you want to explore the city.

Hotel is located near to the all attractions. But at the same time if you want to try the night life etc. it shouldnt be your choice probably. In our first day an amazing guy was working on the reception it was nice to see such welcome. :)

We were at the first floor and all steps from the up floors can be hearable during the sleeping. I didnt understand the cleaning also, when I put the card to request it, they skip our room and just took trashes to the outside. Then when I didnt ask for a room cleaning they cleaned it 😂

THE ROOM HAS A KITCHENETTE THAT WAS GREAT TO MAKE TEA, ALSO A MICRO-WAVE TO HEAT UP FOOD. ALSO I HAD A BATH TUBE. PLUS THIS PLACE IS NOT FAR FROM THE U.S. EMBASSY AND 15 METERS FROM CHECK POINT CHARLIE. OH LETS NOT FORGET JOHNNY BAR NEXT DOOR ITS GREAT PLACE TO DRINK AND TO EAT CARIBBEAN FOOD.

THE HOUSE KEEPING TEAM NEED TO LEARN HOW TO CLEAN A ROOM, THEY DID NOT MAKE UP THE BED. OH THERE IS NO GOOD BREAKFAST BARS OR RESTAURANT IN THE NEAR, THE BEST ARE IN THE KREUZBERG AREA.

great location, very close to 2 subway stations (a few min walk), 5 minwalk to berlin mall and postdamer platz. our room was very nice and spacious.

when checking in they gave us a diffrent room than what i ordered, only after persisting and digging in to pictures from our reservation did they relize their mistake. didnt get the room that i ordered but got a room from the same class. the shower door was broken and missing. and a few times they didnt change towels when cleaning the room. besides that every thing was great.
