Simple, clean hotel , bed was comfortable , room was warm. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Very great location. As i walked everywhere on feet - everything is around. Near the all atractions you will want to see when you visit Berlin. 27 min walk from central Berlin station.

as i am not very picky client - because i come to room just to rest i don’t find much bad things. But i am always used that i find an electric kettle to make some tea in the evening , or when it is cold ( i was in there on February 3-6) so there wasn’t one , and you can’t make tea at reception too. So thats for me was most bad thing.

The location was good, The room was comfortable and clean particularly the bedding very nice bed and crisp white linen. The staff were very nice and helpful and we had a good time during our stay.

We had breakfast in the hotel one morning. Whist what was on offer food wise was quite extensive it was mostly continental food and there was little to cater for my son who ended up just eating a small amount of cereal. a bigger choice of fruit eg) bananas would have been nice along with some more choice of cereals. I felt that the cost of the breakfast 16.50 euros each was a little pricey for what we got.

Location was perfect, most popular sights in Berlin were all within walking distance, and for the rest that we couldn't walk to and had to take public transport for instead, there is a station 1 min walk away from the hotel. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom felt and was very clean. All staff I've encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional (I was even allowed to check in early, that was so nice!) Breakfast was very tasty and had broad variety to choose from. I'd totally recommend this hotel.

Some minor details can give away that it is not the most newest hotel you may have ever been to, but it is kept and maintained in a very good condition regardless!

Cosmetic wipes ended on the first day, and unfortunately there were no new ones, although the room was cleaned. Cleaning also apparently forgot about toilet paper, one day we were without it. These are trifles, but do not add comfort. The lobby bar has a variety of cocktails and long drinks on the menu, but unfortunately, only wine and cold drinks are always available.

Hotel room was big and comfortable. It was located in a good area, close to tram and tourist attractions.

There is only one lift. Under the bed settee had popcorn on the floor when we arrived so obviously hadn’t been hoovered properly. Air con wasn’t the best and hotel didn’t have a fan we could use for room. I had to reduce our stay by one night (which I did a few weeks before arrival) and ended up paying €60 more for one less night! Staff weren’t interested in sorting this out when I contacted them.

Location is awesome, curtains are dark so was dark at night what is cool. Also, these is a good sleeping place.

The property location was great. It was within walking distance of most of the popular tourists spots - check point Charlie etc The property was clean, the rooms were a decent size - we had a double room with sofa bed & separate bathroom for 3 people & a double room for 2 people which is slightly odd in that the shower cubicle is in the main room. The toilet is in a separate room though. The hotel was roasting so we had to open the windows. The staff were friendly & v helpful. We had a few issues when we first arrived but they sorted them very quickly. Breakfast was lovely. Choice of continental or eggs & bacon with pastries on the side.

Hotel was too hot.

Location is close to puix transportation and is 20 minutes walk to central Berlin. Several supermarkets and restaurants are very close to the hotel. Clean hotel and staff are professional and friendly. Spacious rooms There is a safe in each room. Breakfast buffet is good and has varieties.

We had two rooms Triple room was very good. Problem.was in the bathroom.of the double room. Shower cabin has one transparent glass side and two semi-transparent sides. Whoever is taking a shower is visible to the other person in the room which is very inconvenient especially if they are not a couple.

Location was superb, in the center but a not so busy street and in walking distance of famous tourist landmarks like the Brandenburger Tor, Museum District and Checkpoint Charlie - and just around the corner of Stadtmitte subway station with links to a few subway lines (U2 & U6) so the rest of the city is easily reached by public transport. Immediate area is filled with coffee places, lunchrooms, convenience stores etc. Room was great, very well cleaned with ensuite glass cabin shower and toilet, enough clean towels and extra personal hygiene paraphernalia including handsoap and body wash/shampoo and a shaving mirror, TV, phone and multiple AC outlets, free Wifi which worked well, there was a fridge and a safe in the closet and the room had precise airco management (which was very nice with 28 degrees C outside) - and it was also very soundproof (which I believe is an option for some rooms, not all but not sure so make sure to check this): 4 lane autobahn around the corner and there was construction just in front of the hotel entrance; I was only on the 2nd floor and didn't hear a thing! (open the window to hear the difference!) Bed was superclean (for this price I got a double bed for 1 person!) and felt and slept very well, very relaxing especially after long walks through the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful, not only at the lobby desk but the cleaning staff was friendly as well. Perhaps not the cheapest hotel, but very good for the price (mind you, at the time there was a slight discount but not by much; breakfast was optional for a price but I did not use it) - but I would have expected it to be way more expensive in that location and certainly for how good the room was with all the available options.

I have no negative points, it was all 100% satisfactory.

Excellent location near Friedrichstrasse and many shops and restaurants. Rooms very clean, with comfy beds and blackout blinds which was a useful feature, as well as a small fridge which was great for storing snacks and drinks. Good breakfasts. Good security features so only residents can use the elevator/stairs to access rooms other than reception. Check-out was quite late at midday/1.00 which was really helpful an staff were also willing to store luggage on the day of check-out.

It felt slightly strange to have a shower cubicle in the middle of the room, rather than a contained bathroom which meant that I had to be careful to dry the floor to avoid any slippages. The housekeeping staff were also a bit slow to replenish all supplies including soap and toilet roll. The rooms are arranged around a central courtyard so quite easy to see into rooms across the square. No room service or laundry services, although drinks were available from reception.
