Clean, comfy room, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, comfy bed, efficient location. Checked out at 11:00, however provided woth free locker access till 20:00 - that was supper efficient!

The hotel is at a perfect location: in a residential area next to a beautiful park, and within walking distance to the popular locations and Altstadt. There is a metro station in front of the building, and a few parking garages close by. The check-in and check-out was super easy, and the staff helpful. We received complimentary drinks in the small refrigerator.

There could be a few extra pegs for towels in the bathroom, but that seems to be typical for some places in Germany. The ground floor was under renovation during our visit, but that was not a problem.

Freshly restored building in close location to Düsseldorf’s city Center (Kö/old town was within walking distance) - room was beautifully furnished and offered all comfort, it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. I liked the coffee and tea selection and also the lovely fragrance of the shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion that was provided.

There was some construction going on - not too noisy - therefore the hotel provided free drinks and snacks in the minibar along with a letter of apologies. It was much appreciated!

Location is great - near UBahn one stop away from Altstadt district and in walking distance to Nordstrasse shops, cafes and restaurants. Clean and updated with modern furniture, my room had a small kitchenette. Good heating on a cold day. Good value, I appreciated the storage lockers after checking out. some freebies were provided - chips, water, lemonade and Altbier. Good shower. Guest services team helpful and responsive via WhatsApp.

Minor points only - Difficult to keep windows open to air the room (very big double-windows), kitchenette didn’t have own water supply, the room I had was great but would perhaps be a bit small for a longer stay with two people. Walls were a bit thin, lots of noise from chairs being moved on laminate floors.

Smooth check-in using a code. The room looks exactly like the photos. Clean, very close to the metro station, and 4-5 minutes from REWE supermarket that closes at 12:00 morning, and within walking distance from the city center (15mint). The room TV has a Chromecast which I found something good if you want to watch something using your mobile without having to log in again on a new device (Netflix, Youtube ...etc). The small kitchen has what it needs to cook or warm food and that was enough.

You can hear some noise from other rooms but that was not a big problem during our stay.

Supremely comfortable bed, while there were some nice touches, such as water and coffee supplied and a TV with integrated Chromecast. Very clean and great responsiveness via WhatsApp from support staff. Lift entrance to the U-bahn is literally a stone's throw from the front door, while good supermarkets and places to eat/drink are a short walk away.

The decor and lighting are not the most inviting. Bedroom door also misses a physical lock/bolt on the inside, which is desirable in all hotels, imo.

Very comfortable beds and very clean. Nice TV with chromecast connection. All facilities you need during stay exist . Just in front of Metrostation and near big supermarket. Big bright and comfortable apartment.

Nice to have an extra option for additional cleaning service of the apartment, even for an extra cost, but weekly clean policy works really well. This is actually not a complain, just wish.

The cleanliness, location and the amenities. They had everything - a mini fridge, iron and ironing board, free laundry services, coffee, complementary drinks AND even thought to supply a bottle opener, tea towel and dishwashing supplies. I also liked how they had a map with places to eat nearby.

The lack of face-to-face communication, but also this can be seen as a convenient factor - it just felt bizarre not talking to anyone

Great location, clean and nicely equipped rooms, nice complements from the hotel. I literally had a best sleep ever, cause the bedsheets, pillows and the blanket were perfectly soft.

The check-in process is completely digital, and It seems the scanning program is not working that well, but the hotel team was very quick with their responses on WA and so the issue was quickly solved

The hotel room, facilities and location were perfect. It's very easy to get to the city center, since the train station is only a 2 minute walk away. The rooms were very clean and had all the necessary commodities. The staff were friendly as well. I would 100% recommend this hotel. 😊

It's easy to hear the other guests through the walls/ceiling. But it wasn't much of an issue.
