The location was a 3 minute walk from the central station. We could check in before the stated time, and the room was quite spacious and clean. The staffs were friendly as well, they helped us to store the luggage after we checked out.

The elevator was not working, so we had to use the stairs to our room (on the 3rd floor). When you open the window, it was a bit noisy. But it's understandable since its located in the central area.

they give the visitors a city pass that allows using all public transportation during the stay. this was really amazing and helped me get by in Dusseldorf. I wish other hotels in other cities would do the same, as public transportation providers vary a lot from place to place and it is always a bit of a pain to buy tickets. large room.

room can be quite noisy if facing the avenue. Sound insulation is not the best. beds could be more comfortable.

Was an easy checkin in the evening very close to the Düsseldorf HBF, the employees were very nice and the room was pretty good for the money we payed. It was nothing exceptional, but since it was so cheap, it was amazing for that! We also could let our bags there after we checked out, since we had a whole day in Düsseldorf and didnt want to carry them around, nice plus.

The walls are pretty thin, it was very loud outside and especially in the morning when some people got up. But other than that I really cant complain.

Location could not be better! Spacious room, nice German-style breakfast, nice staff. You will also receive a free VRR ticket during the period of your stay which I was not aware of in advance.

Access to the internet could be easier. The only lift got broken for the last days and it was not fixed by the time of the check-out.

The location is extremely ideal if you would like to stay near the station. If your visiting places in little Tokyo, you can reach them by walking. Further the hotel provides you with an travel pass during your stay, which is really handy for travelling to places a bit further. There is a public transport stop right in front of the hotel, which is really convenient.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, it could have been better.

Location was good. Metro/Tram line to Rhine promenade just before the building. Cosy room with private bathroom. Good cleaning service.

1. Workers at the reception do not really speak English so it’s difficult to communicate or ask for a service unless you speak German. 2. Wifi didn’t work or didn’t reach the third floor. Hotel’s network wasn’t found by my phone nor by my table nor by my computer.

Near the Hauptbahnhof (200m), very friendly and helpful staff I got a ticket from the CVJM which is allow the free travel all the kind of transportation except the ICE train it was valid , it was very useful! Clean room, the bed was very comfortable

Located right next to the train station. 20min walk from the center. The hotel gives you free transportation card. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Public parking near by. Breakfast was excellent-eggs, cheese, veggies, fruits, bread, jam, nutella, yoghurt, musli, juice, coffee. I highly recommend.

No parking, very noisy because of the train. No refrigerator.

It is so conveniently located to the central station, restaurants, and local public transportation, and some a good natural food store. The room has good space for two.

Door rock requires to lock from inside as well, although there is one more door that needs the key to get into the floor so less security concern with it. Just inconvenient a little.

Location is perfect, just around 200m from the main train station. Room is very clean. The only problem is some part of the building is under decoration, sometime noise, but acceptable level.

Wifi is free, but the signal in 4th floor is really weak, hope you could improve.
