Very nice hotel at a great location. nice gym and pool on the 7th floor

The parking is a big problem as the adjacent parking is usually full and the nominated adina ones are not enough. Another thing is that even if they say maximum for the hotel guests is 20 euro per day, they mean per session. So if you go out and come back, they charge you again . This way, you can pay up to 60 a day. It's too much. And it's not clear.

This hotel is brand new. Everything is still in perfect condition. Location is great, next to station. Breakfast delicious and extensive. Swimming pool a nice extra luxury. My new favorite hotel for a flight to or from Dusseldorf

But a minus, the windows could not open (at least in our room). There are locks on the windows, but no key. It is noisy with the window open, but now and then some fresh air is desirable. Maybe change this so that windows can open from the inside.

Everything about this hotel--from the welcoming staff to the accommodating layout of the room, the beautiful pool, the awesome gym, the really comfortable and usable coworking space, and of course the surprisingly amazing food from their kitchen--has blown us away. I cannot explain how delighted we were staying here. We extended our stay while there, in fact, to stay over a week while we worked toward a deadline. It became our new office and home away from home. And the chef really does deserve his own restaurant. We would go to dinner here even if we didn't stay here. Every dish was exquisite.

Just that we couldn't stay longer!

The staff was very accomodating. Having a washing machine, a dish washer and a microwave came in very useful! Although you are basically on the train station, the windows are completely sound proof, it is quite impressive. The hotel has a functioning A/C which is great during the summer months.

The location was absolutely terrible. The central station is surrounded by drug addicts and homeless persons. Upon walking out of the apartment at 7/8am, I would see small blood puddles on the floor, broken glass, used condoms, needles, and even a man going to take his morning poo behind the construction blocks right accross the hotel entrance. I felt like this really devalued the property. Just one point on the gym. The rowers were covered in spider webs and spiders when I went up there, which made me think that the gym was not regularly cleaned.

The location as its very central to the city. The room style with kitchenette n facilities. Clean rooms. Quick n efficient check in and out. We never tried the breakfast so no comment there. Good parking but expensive but its the central location. Nice area for the gym..sauna n the pool. Appreciated the sound proof rooms.

Nothing. This time I would advice the cleaning service not to clean the room right after we leave the room. Instead after check out. We left the room to bring our bags to the car ( hands were full). N returned for our fav opened bottle of wine and a bottle of drink in the fridge. But the cleaner, was in there so fast, already poured all our wine down the sink.

Adina Düsseldorf is in a terrific location, right next door to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station). However it is quite well insulated and you almost never heard any trains. Only the occasional tram stopping outside the station. The kitchenette is well equipped with modern appliances.

Running the dishwasher and washing machine at the same time tripped the circuit breaker. I didn’t discover that until I got back in the evening. However the guy on the front desk was able to reset the breaker.

I enjoyed the hotel alot, it was spacious and the location was convenient! I enjoyed the pool. Besides the little mishaps, it was still a great hotel.. just got to be wary.

The sauna was defect sadly, we wanted to use it. We had to pay an extra 30 euro for the parking because the staff said we need to pay at the hotel, we wanted to leave the car for the full weekend. But when we asked at sunday to pay and get the ticket to get out, they told us that the parking isnt theirs and we need to pay there but we didnt have any ticket so we needed to pay an extra 30eur. The staff misinformed us and didnt want to refund anything. Abit dissapointing but a lession learnt for next time... There was also very little toiletries, no cottonbuds or toothpaste etc. You do pay a decent amount and nothing is included except towels...

The hotel staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The check-in process was efficient, and I was promptly provided with all the necessary information. The room was comfortable and clean, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of activities. The bed was cozy, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The amenities provided were adequate, including a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and a decent selection of toiletries. One highlight of the hotel was its location. It was conveniently situated near several attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area without having to travel far. The surrounding neighborhood was vibrant and had a good selection of dining options within walking distance.

The pool was a bit cold.

Bed was big and comfortable, washing machine and dish washer helped a lot since we stayed there for a week. Also, bathroom was clean and roomy. TV had a chrome cast, it was working well.

Room wasn't soundproofed. We could hear noise from outside, trams and ambulance at night which wasn't really great. Also, we heard our neighbours from upstairs, they were very loud, but we reported it on reception and receptionist was cooperative as well as with dirty glasses we found in our room. They came back with clean one, so it's good that in case of troubles the hotel is helpful. It's just such a shame that room wasn't soundproofed.
