Very clean rooms for a great price. Deserves a much high rating for such price. Staff were extra friendly and provided us with everything we needed (e.g. slippers of hot water for tea). Breakfast was spectacular!!! Definitely breakfast was at a rate of a 4 star hotel not a 3 star! Everything provided from warm and cold. High verity of drinks, coffees, tee ,... . Even there were 3 types of honey. Fresh out of the oven bread was a cherry on top.

Only thing that we had a problem with was the pillows. They were not comfortable at all and too thin under the head. Two pillows were required for each person minimum.

It was a pleasant experience. Clean and organised. All the staff are always great. Again, Himan you were a star. Keep up the good work mate. :)

Breakfast staff were vey helpful and cheerful, however I can't say the same for the dinner stuff. Went down for a sandwich and a cup of coffee I won't mention a name but he who was serving me was like what the hell are you doing here? I stood there and expected him to ask me what I wanted but I had to ask if they were serving. I am not the most cheerful guy myself but you can not pull a long face to a customer in a hotel restaurant.

The breakfast was nice, with lots of choice and variation. The lack of bacon was felt, but the meatballs made up for it. The availability of the parking under the hotel is great, because it's quite a busy neighbourhood. I like the modernity and clean look of the rooms and the beds are comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The parking is a bit expensive at 20€ per car per night. For me the pillows are a bit too soft, but that's personal taste and I can get by by using 2 of them. It's a bit outside the city center, so you'll need a form of transportation to get anywhere, but that was a choice we made while booking.

no nonsense interior, practical, good bed, good bathroom! Very clean. Staff is great. Breakfast is great!! Staff is cleaning every time the tables very quick and clean. They worked extremely hard!!!!! Please give them a compliment!! The breakfast buffet is good and the staff there is doing everything as well to take care everything is there!! And a garage for your car, female parking places and very bright! For the price an extraordinary hotel and good location!!

The reception area. The wall of the counter was dirty… very strange it is your first start in the hotel and it looked very cheap!!! This hotel deserves a nice reception!! one other minor thing. No bed tables?

Good hotel. Breakfast was pretty good, nice industrial design of the restaurant, you could also order food and drinks in the evening. U-bahn 77 to the Altstad is very close by the hotel, max. 5 min walk, but doesn't run until late in the evening. The room was spacious and clean with a double bunk bed and each bed has in own reading light and powersocket.

Hotel has an underground parking, but it is quite expensive, approx 20 euro's for a day, but you can also park in the surrounding of the hotel. The upper beds have a railing, but for small childeren the gap between is still quite large and big, so pay attention with (little) kids. And indeed, as mentioned in a lot of reviews the pillows are really too thin, you need a least two.

The breakfast was delicious, the cantina smelled really fresh and there were so much food to decide from.

In the night some guests in the hotel cantina didn't behave properly and were cussing at me multiple times because they were really drunk. So it almost came to a conflict betweet me and them. But i decided to just ignore them, take my laptop and leave. I wish there were more control on the people who enter the hotel to check if they're looking to just take a drink and relax in the cantina, or if they're already drunk and can't take any more alcohol, so it would be possibily better to deny them the entry to the hotel.

The Hotel is still new, but the staff is super helpful and looks after each guest request or complain, if there is any. They are doing their best to implement the good known H2 Hotels high quality. A really positive suprise was the dog-friendly environment. Our dog received a welcome package, a very comfy bed and food-drink bowls as well, so we didn't needed to take these with us. He was super happy and so do we. We stayed very pleasant two weeks, in a quiet district of Düsseldorf, but the city center was also reachable in a few minutes, with a subway and the bus station nearby. The breakfast was great, with options for those with lactose or gluten sensitivity. The little "snacks-shop" is a part of the restaurant and they are is 24 hours open.

The property was in the reasonably close proximity to Masse Düsseldorf, where I attended Medica Trade Fair 2022. The hotel is nice with very helpful staff. The food in the restaste was very good too and the waiting time was quite short.

My room was extremely basic. No minibar or even a simple closet for clothes. I only had three hangers. The room was very small with two separate beds. I can’t imaging two people living there because the room seemed small just for me. The price per night (~350 euro/night) is just ridiculous.

Coming from Amsterdam to H2Hotel in Düsseldorf was soo much fun and amazing. The atmosphere for the H2Hotel was very nice.

The only problem I had was coming out and going in to the parking place. You ring the bell and you must wait a bit longer before it been open. what I normally know with other hotels is they take you car number put it in the system, so when u come in and out it open automatically without waiting on reception to open the gate but it was a great service though.

The breakfast was great! A large selection of various foods. Great level of concern for cleanliness in the restaurant. When someone finished eating, the employees would immediately clean up after them and disinfect the table. Restaurant is also very big, nice and modern decorated. The hotel is very modern and nice, the beds are comfortable. Bus and tram station are near and there is good connection with centre and other parts of Dusseldorf.

There were four of us in the room and after two days the toilet paper ran out. The cleaning lady didn't even notice, although she entered the room while we were out. I had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper. The beds were made sloppily.
