We have been staying at the Radisson many times by now, so I don't want to repeat myself: We like it very much (either for a short-term stay or for stays of over a week) and can highly recommend it. The location (between the airport and the City of Düsseldorf) is spot on, the staff has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we like the "Scandi Style" rooms. Further, the WiFi and the seating area in the rooms is good enough for a full day of remote work, and you can still find some free parking close to the hotel. We'll be back,

We have stayed at the Radisson Blu Düsseldorf quite a few times over the years, and I am always pleased to see that the hotel keeps its very good standard. This time we needed two rooms fairly close to each other, and help with an elderly person, and the (always friendly) staff helped us with this request perfectly. I also noticed that the bathrooms are getting updated regularly - which can't be said for all hotels that we stay in. The rest was on point as always: Good beds (I am overweight), hotel room can easily double up as a workspace, with good WiFi, very nice breakfast ... but most of it all, the staff is always helpful and super friendly. We'll be back.

The room felt very fresh and neat, it was clean and the beds were super comfy. Bathroom was simple but looked new and was very clean, the rain shower + detachable shower head combi was great too. Location of the hotel is not necessarily very special but it is positioned very nicely with close vicinity to the city centre and the Messe Düsseldorf. Staff was friendly and helpful, we were always warmly greeted at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was great also, offering a nice variety of food and even a freshly baked omelette with ingredients of choice by a passionate chef.

The only downside was the fact that the walk-in shower was not 'deep' enough, causing water to splash outside of the shower because the glass shield was not long enough (and it couldn't be, otherwise the entry to the shower would be too narrow). The floor at the door opening and the door itself ends up wet after a shower, which is not very practical.

The room was big and overlooked the front of the hotel. It was nice and clean with a nice bathroom. The hotel parking was secure and there was also a cycle rack for our bikes. The pool area and sauna were nice and clean. All the staff were very attentive. The breakfast room was spectacular with so much choice.

The swimming pool was cold when getting in but once I started swimming it was OK. I asked for porridge from the menu one morning but when it came there was apple rather than banana, one blackberry and two blueberries which fell short of the advertised 'berries' and no almonds. Thankfully with so much other food to choose from it is really a minor thing to complain about.

Location: The hotel is coveniently located next to a U-bahn stop. Benefit of this is that you don't have to park your car in the center and can just take public transportation. You're in the center within a few minutes. Breakfast: Hotel breakfast is excellent! Aside from the regular buffet items there are several made to order options that are free of charge and good quality. Service: Our 4 year old needed an extra bed in the room, which was in the room when we arrived. It was nice to have this so she didn't have to sleep between my wife and I.

Pool: The pool area itself is not great, smells a little and the pool itself is small. Furthermore, the temperature of the pool was quite chilly. Parking: If you purchase it as an extra it costs 20 euro, which I think is steep for parking next to a hotel. It'd be nice if this was part of the service. Furthermore, there is no guarantee they have room for parking.

Perfect location to reach the arena. U-bahn was just a few meters away from the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in particular at the reception. Good breakfast and dinner If it wasn't for the pillows and room temperature, I would have given my review a 9 out 10.

We didn't close an eye. Pillows were too thin and soft. The heating was on so the temperature was way too warm to be able to sleep. The fridge in our room was empty. One of the 2 elevators was broken. This caused long waiting to go up / down.

The room was good, spacious and super clean, and the place is right in front of a train stop which is no more that 10 minutes from the center. Hotel is in walking distance from but stops as well which connect straight to the airport.

Despite having booked a room with a baby crib almost a month before hand, we were informed the same morning we were arriving, that a baby crib is not available. We were offered further towels or anything we might need for our child, however this development was quite uncomfortable.

The staff was adorable, we felt at home with our little one. The facilities are quite good and the location excellent for some bike rides along the river.

The room we were given was one of the smallest in the hotel. That wouldn't be a problem but with a toddler and an extra bed it became a challenge. The staff offered to change it but we were already settled in and it was simply too complicated to change. It shouldn't have happened from the onset.

The Room was very spacious and the hallway / bar area was really comfortable. Downstairs is a little gym with the most important equipment to train most parts of you body. Also a little swimmingpool and a sauna. This is really nice!

The bed was not good. Woke up both mornings not that rested. Also... in this radisson blu... I don´t get, why most hotels choose not to have a real door for the bathroom. Who came on the idea? Even with your partner, you want to have some privat, right? Here they have milky-classdoors where is a lot of space at the top and bottom... so going to toilett, showering and everything is like doing it in the same room... this really sucks in so many hotels and here it was really bad.

- Less staff especially to help with luggage to room. When I reached at 8pm there were only 2staff at reception. We expect much more luxurious service from SO CALLED BRAND LIKE RADISSON BLU. Especially if we compare to other Radisson Blu hotels in India or even Berlin - Extremely expensive - Breakfast could have more variety and more lavish. - Simple layout of hotel does not impress
