I was there for my exam in the Ärztekammer and here is my experience The receptionist on 23.07.2023 was the best receptionist ever, she was so freindly and she had really helped me with a smile, she was from Kosovo if i recall correctly. As promised they handed me a kettle on request, and they allowed me to put my food in their refrigirator and also heated up my food for me. due to a personal and very important reason, they allowed me to check in early and check in a little later than usual. the breakfast was good enough. the bathroom was good enough, it has a BATH, which was awesome for me. the bed was really good, and honeslty i felt really comfortable overall in the hotel, one of the main reasons was the receptionist on the 23rd, so a big THANK YOU to you.

regarding the hygiene, i didnt feel it was the cleanest, the curtains and the furniture was a little old, so therefore i "felt" it wasn't clean, you can bring your own hygiene and just quickly wipe the chair and table.

The attendant upon entering was very friendly and made check in very easy. I was offered free coffee/tea and is available 24/7 upon request. The room was just right for me and had plenty of space for a solo traveller. For the price I paid, the hotel had a well designed room and was very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't anything special but it was enough to start my day. Also, it is very close to public transportation which made it very easy to get into town or to the main station. Highly recommend staying here and would come again!

Loved my stay here and have no complaints.

The staff is very friendly and polite. The room has a certain vintage charm about it that I really loved! Very cosy and comfortable. The hotel is well-connected to the U-bahn (metro) which can take you directly to the main station of Dusseldorf in about 15 minutes.

The hotel is situated on the main road itself so the noise from the u-bahn (metro) can be a little disturbing to some. No complaints for me though as I needed something close to the metro station for connectivity to Dusseldorf hbf.

Helpful staff and clean room

Price was insane due to the event. The ventilator in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter all night. I realized that you just need to keep the bathroom light off for an hour before bed then it wont make sound anymore. Overall still okay.

Hotel Aleksandra had comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. In total, I stayed there for 8 nights throughout June 2022 for business trips and was very satisfied.

The breakfast is suitable for vegetarians, but not for vegans. It would be nice if they added peanut butter to there breakfast options for example.

Good location, easy access from the main station with the Ubahn (15min). The room was small, but I had a quiet, comfortable night of sleep. The breakfast buffet is simple but good. I would stay here again.

Wifi connection wasn't so good.

Near S-bahn and Messe, a supermarket is in walking distance. Friendly Staffs, can speak English. Quiet place. High cost-effectiveness

No many choices of breakfast. Coffee not good.

This is our first time at the hotel, and it will not be the last. Nice, clean, quite and not far from centre

The location was good. Could park for free on the road nearby. We forget phone charger and toiletries when we checked out and after asking if they can post to our home, they did so and was much appreciated.
