I liked the ambiance as soon as I stood in reception. The decor and attentive staff especially as I was alone and not able to speak German also I'm unaided one sided hearing. The breakfast choices were spot on catering to all and staff are all attentive to everyone's requirements without being intrusive.All over the hotel is great quirky art and outside too. Local area is safe to walk around and has plenty of choice of shops etc. I found it so easy to travel around alone on train/trams and ate in local restaurants. I was fortunate to meet and chat with the manager outside of the hotel,not know his role. He is clearly proud of the hotel his parents created for him to put his stamp on it with bringing in technology systems to keep everyone safe without curfews etc. Lenord will keep the hotel fresh and move with the times. For me as I'm a British first thing in morning tea drinker would have liked a kettle in the room.

Very nice cozy hotel. Room is not so big, but good enough for comfortable stay of one couple with a dog. It was very nice to get a small gift for our dog, very appreciated! It made us feel like dear guests, all of us:) Also, really friendly staff. We've got a lot of helpful advises during the check-in process (about places to eat/to see). Stable wi-fi signal was important as well. And cool location - U-bahn in 2 minutes walk, the river in 7 min walk, and a lot of bakeries and restaurants around.

Well, maybe as an additional improvement - it would be nice to have slippers (the floor was pretty cold). Also any small fridge and tea/coffee items would be nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional and helped us a lot. The location was perfect for our needs, a lot of public transport routes just in 2 min walking. The room was very clean, and the thoughtful dog treats provided were a delightful surprise.

The only minor downside was the somewhat limited breakfast options, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

It definitely deserves a ten, even more. The hotel is so clean, all the spaces were smelling freshness, modern, beautifully decorated. The stuff very polite. The bed amazingly comfortable, the room fully equipped with everything someone could need. The breakfast delicious. The neighborhood was so beautiful, with many adorable bistros and other stuff. Great location, perfect public transport, very clean room, easy check-in. Oberkassel is so beautiful, the river is very close, many restaurants, shops and bakeries are in a walking distance.

The room was rather small for two people and the luggage.

Location is very good, very close to tram and bus station. Only 4 stations to city center. Breakfast is good. Hotel is clean and quite new. Internet is good.

Room is not big, bed is not comfortable. I must inform if i want to clean the room.

Oberkassel is a very nice area surrounded by shops,restaurants etc… 10 mins by tram to city center. The hotel is comfortable in a quiet street,with a good selection for breakfast.

self-checking was helpful as we arrived late in the evening. The room was immaculate! Breakfast was decent and the staff were kind. The hotel is really cute :) Definitely recommend if you’re on a budget!

We booked what we thought was a twin room with two twin beds only to arrive and discover one twin bed and a couch, which could have been an other twin bed, but it did not have any bedding…It might just have been a translation issue. Luckily the couch had a blanket and a couple of cushions. The one bed was comfortable! The neighborhood is a bit noisy if you have to leave the windows open over night.

Nice neigborhood, with some bars and restaurants, very close to public transport. Small hotel with personal service.

The 2 beds were really separate!

The position is very good, very near to public transportation. The neighborhood is very nice, full of services and shop. We will come back eventually.

The breakfast. Too poor it doesn't worth the extra price.
