The staff are friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. I like the view of watching the sunrise. It was splendid and if there is too much sunlight, there is an automatic blind to reduce the sunlight. The rooms are quiet. Especially the cleaners are cleaning and vacuuming the other rooms, I can hardly hear anything.

It is slightly far from the city centre. It would be good if this hotel could provide a shuttle bus / van to the city centre. I put a "Do Not Disturb" sign at the door. Nevertheless, the cleaner still knocked and opened my door. This is a no-no.

Amazing breakfast. The view from the room/balcony . especially because unknown to us there was huge fireworks display that day . from our 16th floor balcony that was a great surprise

The skybar. The view is stunning, but because lack of personnel it took more then 45mins to get a drink( they apologized and gave 1 drink free) but even after that with direct ordering new drinks when the previous order arrived it was long waiting.

Room was spacious. Price was affordable especially considering how late we booked. The bathroom was really fancy. The lobby and the whole hotel looked top notch, we felt a little out of place, but that made the stay pretty fun.

The room got really stuffy and we didn't know if the AC was working. We didn't complain though, cause we weren't in our room much anyway. Also the stuff from the vending machine in the lobby costs a fortune.

The room was very nice, it all looked new and the location of the bed in the middle of the room was for sure interesting. the view is cool from the top floor. a lot of choice during breakfast

Check in/out is pretty slow. Not used to waiting so long. parking was free outside on Saturday evening / sunday, but they tried to hide this and sell us their parking garage for €22.

Spacious rooms, well equiped, nice breakfast, not much far away from the tube station, possibility to have dinner there and have a cocktail in the penthouse

A bit old style, hot water in the shower was not that hot, but enough. I paid 20 eur for a late check out, but took 15 minuts in the reception to get an invoice

The room was very spacious. The beds were good, a little firm. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and it was continuously supplemented.

The bathroom was quite small. You have to shower in the bathtub, and the screen does not prevent the floor and toilet from getting wet while showering.

Good hotel for a business trip. The staff was friendly. The room had a good size. The gym was good.

The price was extremely high, because of the trade show in the city at the time, but still not relevant to the provided quality. The breakfast was too expensive too. The location is OK for a business trip, but not convenient for a tourist visit, although there are metro stops at walking distance. The pillows were too soft.

The room air conditioning is not working only the fan. The hotle need some renovation to upgrade the facilities. Average breakfast with limited selection.

Excellent view onto the river. Very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Language barrier was excellent. Breakfast had Alot if choice and of good quality. Skybar was excellent and not to pricey. Lovely views day and night. .

The location is just that little to far from the city. We walked oneday as it was sunny, plus to walk off the big breakfast. Nice walk but quite a way.

Clean and comfortable

The guy at reception didn't have a nice tone when talking to me as a customer.... More training required on how to talk nicely to guests with a smile or cheerful face....
