We stayed in the Hilton Düsseldorf for two days. We married that weekend and spent our first night as a married couple here. I kindly asked the hotel if it was possible to get a room up high with a nice view and maybe a little decorated and they surpassed my expectations. The whole staff was extremely nice and they all knew about our special day. Thanks to the Hilton team for such a great stay! Besides that little extra treatment, the hotel room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel bar is also highly recommendable! We would always go there again and will probably stay at Hilton Hotels in different places more often!

The hotel parking charge is quite high and you can find nearby public parking lots offering more affordable rates.

Perfect position for Airport and Messe, also not far from Alstadt which can be reached in 30 min by foot. Excellent staff with check in/out operations handled very quickly. Breakfast was amazing in a very quiet surrounding, bed very confortable, aircon system very efficient - If I still need to find a minus : bathroom size is definitely too small (# 419). All in all I dont really understand all negative comments by other guests, will certainly suggest it and consider on next messe.

great location and comfortable rooms. Room service was very pleasant and they offered fresh towels when we didn’t have the sign on the door. The front desk staff were happy to change us to a different room when our original one had a bad smell. The staff at the restaurant were super nice.

The works going on close by brought up a bad smell now and again. There was also going to be an anticipatory charge of an extra €50 a night for incidentals which we couldn’t afford and thankfully they reduced this to one night, and it wasn’t fully charged in the end because we only got breakfast once while checked in.

I book at this hotel for every year, on the DoKomi event. The room is quiet, the curtains blocks the light and we can't hear the other rooms. VERY relaxing for an after con sleep ! It's not far from location, you can even walk to the park in max 30 mins (bring comfy spare shoes if you are a cosplayer). Breakfast is GENEROUS ! Eat up a lot before heading to the con !

We just wanted some slippers, maybe? And also some refills on shampoo and shower gels. Also we didn't think that it could be an issue but, maybe hot cocoa could be a nice option at the breakfast. We didn't see it !

construction works going on at the entrance which was blocking the exit in addition to the noise. so we have to take the luggage all the way to reach the parking at least an employee to kept ready to serve the people who are checking out I can’t believe that it’s standard of Hilton

The hotel is close to the airport, so it's perfect location for ppl traveling to dusseldorf for business or short trip

Liked the Lobby - lots of space plus seating facillities available

Maybe you could some seating near the front of the lobby - sometimes waiting fof the Taxi can take a bit long. And noticed yesterday there were a lot of people waiting to check in and only 2 counters were open

There was an inconvience out of the control of the hotel that affected our stay and we were fully compensated for the night and received free breakfast. It was a stressful situation for the staff but they remained so kind and professional. Big thumbs up!

Classic standard Hilton offerings a clean room with few amenities for a reasonable price.No surprises.

Their site indicates a restaurant is open for lunch. Reality is that they open only for breakfast and dinner. So if you decide to spend the whole day at the hotel you’ll need to go outside for even a sandwich and their are not exactly downtown.
