Perfect location, very close to old town and S Bahn. Good eating everywhere! Hotel allowed us to leave bags while we explored old town before our flight. Great benefit!

Room was light in the morning so no sleeping in? But this is a minor issue!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is really undervalued and deserves a higher rating. Rooms are spacious, Beds are comfortable, all necessary essentials are provided. Clean towels are provided on daily basis, rooms are also cleaned every day if requested by guests. The hotel is few minutes walk from the train station, and close to city center. The staff are so kind and helpful, which makes you turn a blind eye on any negative aspect in the hotel.

No AC, but fans are provided.

The fact that there is no AC in the rooms, but they provide you with fans. I guess most hotels in Frankfurt don't have airconditioned rooms.

Hotel Zeil is at an amazing location in Frankfurt, we walked everywhere in 5 minutes. The staff is super helpful. They have a dedicated parking place for only 15 Euros per day, whereas the closest parking places double this price. The beds were large and comfy, the hotel was clean.

It is an old hotel, the furniture and the design is a bit outdated. The bathroom was small and a bit old fashioned as well but still sparkling clean.

I had an outstanding stay at Hotel Zeil. Super good value for money, the room was clean and spacious and the location was top. But what made it the best stay in a long long time was the staff. I had great conversations, both men at the reception were incredibly friendly and nice, we chattet and when coming back after my appointments, I was welcomed by my first name. Staff like this is what makes the difference. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the names but thank you to the staff of Hotel Zeil for making my stay unforgettable. Definitely recommendable!

The place in itself is in a strategic location, as it is only a few minutes walk to Konstablerwache square (U-bahn + S-bahn station). The room was very clean, silent, equipped with oldstyled fornitures, free wifi, fridge and private bathroom. The staff was polite and friendly. No breakfast, but the area is full of bars. If you look at the fundamentals of a staying, I recommend. Good example of a value 3* hotel.

Excellent hotel!. No breakfast but great for the price. I felt safe walking to and from the hotel both during the day and night. All the main tourist locations were in walking distance. Friendly and caring staff. Love the room upgrades. Slept comfortable, no noise. Friendly and caring staff.

Can’t complain

The room was big. Very comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent. The coffee was also excellent for 2 euros. Great location with good food nearby.

There was no air conditioning and the 3 days we stayed were very hot but most places don’t have air conditioning in Frankfurt from what I’ve seen.

Owner is very friendly and the simplicity of the hotel is exactly our kind of place, nothing fancy and sterile, good connection with people. Our room was clean and we got upgraded to Family Room with more space for our crawling baby to move around. Thank you so much and we were so happy there we extended two more nights because in the area there‘s so much good food to try! Across the street is delicious Thai food, for breakfast there‘s TRY cafe with delicious sandwiches, a few blocks down Ethiopian Restaurant (Adabina), La Baguette for something simple and cheap but delicious! Also our Minibar not working and they instantly give us a new working fridge!

On the first two nights we were there it‘s very loud outside on the street with poser cars revving their engines, football supporters honking their cars till late but the rest of the nights were quiet so it depends if you‘re unlucky to be there on the busy and loud days 😅

Very suitable position for my needs, close to the city center and to my relatives I was visiting. Close to ethnic bars and reataurants. As for the services, it is an ordinary 3-star hotel, with prices under city standards in non-fair-days (the last day of our stay the price was the triple due to an exibition in the city, I moved to a hotel ten km away). No breakfast, but the neiborhoods are full of bars. Old styled furnitures and bathroom. If you look at the fundamentals of a staying, I recommend.
