The hotel's location was very close to the train station, within a 2-3 minute walking distance. Additionally, it was within walking distance to Kaiserstrabe, where restaurants and bars are located. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. While some reviews mentioned that the rooms were small, in my opinion, they were not too small, and they didn't feel cramped. The breakfast was quite sufficient and tasty. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. If I were to visit again, I would choose the same hotel, and I would recommend it to others as well. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The complementary drinks in the mini bar in our room were a nice touch. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. The fact that the breakfast was part of our price was nice, though it is nothing out of the world, but definitely worth it. Good value for money for those who are not planning to spend a lot of time in their hotel room.

Unfortunately, there was a weird smell coming out of the shower, and it got progressively worse as our stay went on. There were also dark spots on the bed rest which looked very dirty. The room was also very small but manageable. The wifi's strength was a bit weak at times. Our door rattled a bit as well. Though they were generous enough to keep our bags after checkout, it would be better if they offered something safer than just a cabinet, which was also filled with other people's belongings, as anyone could have snatched up our stuff.

This hotel was better than I expected. As per other comments left here, the staff was very nice and always willing to help. I got a nicer room than initially booked in (with a balcony!). Breakfast had a nice selection and staff was friendly (note: you can ask for eggs any way you like). Everything in the room was well thought out (i.e. the plug within the nightstand) and very clean. Little plus with the fridge in the room with a selection of beverages free of charge.

The breakfast room is pretty small and got packed quickly! The surroundings of the train station are not great but the hotel is just at the border between those surroundings and nicer areas (5 mn walk from the banks of the river)

The included breakfast was excellent quality and there was a large selection of items. The staff are super responsive. The hotel is located just round the corner from the main Frankfurt rail station and opposite a multi route tram stop making local or long distance travel a breeze. Simple train ride to the airport. Also an easy walk to the town centre or river. Because it is so close to the rail station it is not in the most salubrious area of town so first impressions might disappoint but don't be put off. This hotel is great.

We stayed in this hotel twice for transit in and out of Frankfurt. Hotel keep our heavy luggage during our trip to Dubrovnik which is helpful. For both legs, the staffs at the front desk and at breakfast are very welcoming and helpful. The room we booked are of good size and comfortable. Hotel is very close to Frankfurt train station.

Unfortunately, on the second check in at late evening, we were upgraded to a larger room on the 7th floor. Elevator only goes to the 6th floor and have to carry our heavy luggage up and down by stair to our room. Not a problem if we are not senior. If travel with heavy luggage, avoid rooms on the 7th floor. Other than that, this is a very good hotel.

Breakfast was great and it was served by exceptional people. the bed was comfortable and the room was warm. At first, they put us in a room with two single beds. We asked to move to a different room. They gave us a choice. We chose a room on the 6th floor with a balcony. It was a curious room. There was a window to the bathroom. the window didn't open or close and there was no curtain. Without a curtain, in the person on the bed looked toward the bathroom, they would be able to see the person in the shower or on the toilet. We were not stressed about this especially bc it had a beautiful view and lots of room--a desk where I could work comfortably. It also had a tea pot and everything in the refrigerator (beer, juice, water) was complimentary. While some people might like the exhibitionist quality of the window into the bathroom, I suggest the hotel add a curtain or some other kind of screen so the person in the bathroom can have privacy. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The neighborhood has a reputation for shady inhabitants. Everyone in this hotel was super nice and totally competent. We will definitely stay in this hotel again. On top of all this, it is 10 a-minute walk from the main train station—which is one short metro ride from the airport. As I was checking out, the man at reception gave me a sewing kit.

Fabulous hotel. Staff were excellent. Lovely quiet room. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. I had the best nights sleep I have had for ages. The surprise bonus was the well stocked complementary fridge which was generously re-stocked every day during our stay, including 4 large bottles of excellent German beer. Breakfast was a cold continental style breakfast which I would normally be disappointed by as I like a cooked breakfast when staying at hotels but the cheese, cold meats and smoked salmon totally made up for it. Great tea and coffee service at breakfast too. The hotel didn't look anything special from the outside but you could call it a hidden gem.

The hotel is very close to the main train station. The electric jug was useful as was the refrigerator. The bathroom was good, with a silent exhaust fan and the best shower we had in our three months in Germany. We'd never had one like it anywhere and would like to have one like it at home. The main room had a heat pump so, apart from the lighting, everything was excellent. The reception men were helpful. Breakfast was good and the hard working staff were pleasant.

There is only one small lift so sometimes we had to wait for a while before it was available. As we were on the fifth floor, walking up or down wasn't an option. There isn't room for another lift so it's just something you have to put up with. During the day there was plenty of light in our room but in the evening there wasn't much lighting.

I do like this hotel very much. It is new, well maintained and very clean in the room and public areas. The room (with wooden floor which I like) was large enough and well equipped. The bathroom was very clean and new with a shower room and neccessary amenities. The minibar was amazing!! There were many complimentary bottles of water, beers and softdrinks which were filled daily. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is located only 5 mins. from the central train station (South exit), really in the city. It s convenient to travel around. The tram is in front of the hotel. All staff are friendly and soooo kind. They were very helpful when I had a difficulty during my trip in FF (cash, credit cards, passport and phone were stolen in Dusseldorf before FF). I really appreciate all their help and kindness. Special thanks to Sunny who is such a fantastic and super kind person, willing to help with all the things from my check in to check out till I flew back to Thailand safely. Without him, life would be more difficult in FF. I highly recommend this hotel...new, very clean, excellent services, convey and value for money.

Location was good, as it is 5 min walk to central train station and about 20 minute walk to old town. Room was clean and big enough to get comfortable with 3 luggage. The thing we liked most was the breakfast about this hotel as there were variety of choices for meat, cheese and even for bakery. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

The elevator was too small and moving very slow between the floors. you will definitely feel claustrophobic even with 2 people inside it. Neighborhood area (around train station) is not very safe to walk at very late night. But overall it was ok.
