The Moroccan decor in the room was very cute. My room was also quiet. Very close to the central station and FlixBus station so it's very handy if you are traveling by bus and train. It's a bit of walk to the center but it's totally walkable. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

I saw some dust and hairs on my sheets... Where are the yummy looking fruits shown in the photos on Booking.com? (I thought I would have welcome fruits upon arrival! The pics are misleading..jeje)

The Hotel was nice and located close to the train and bus stations, so perfect for travelers. The main station is not the most pleasant of areas in Frankfurt but for some nights' stay the Hotel is very convenient and the Hotel is located in a relatively busy street, so we never felt endangered. The staff was always super nice and welcoming, they kept our bags while we waited for our train after we checked out and charged us nothing. The cleaning of the Hotel room and spaces was perfectly fine which really pleased me (since I had seen some not-so-good reviews on the subject). The room itself had everything needed for the stay and was very spacious. The only thing missing was the internet which was very low in our room, but that was not a huge problem.

Unfortunately, the internet was not working at all in our room, which was a bit annoying, but not a huge problem for us. Not sure if it was a problem with the room or if other parts of the Hotel are also without internet. The noise from the city was also a bit too loud, especially immediately at 7 AM. However, Frankfurt is a huge city, and the main station area is very busy, so this was expected.

I liked the Oriental style furnishing of the room and bathroom. It's super close to the train station which was perfect for me. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. There was even a kettle in the room to make my tea in the morning. Spacious room. Very good value for the price!

Since it's close to the train station it was a bit loud from the street outside and at the beginning the room smelled a bit like it hadn't been aired. but that got better.

This is is a little oasis of calm in a very hectic part of the city. Arriving in Frankfurt from a long train journey from Berlin it was great to be welcomed by friendly staff and shown to beautifully decorated, cool and well appointed rooms. the breakfast was basic but in terms of value for money absolutely amazing and would stay again if we ever return to Frankfurt.

The signage for the hotel was not very clear which is about the only criticism I can find.

Everything was perfect. Value for money everything was available in the room. From Television to personal fridge personal locker. Very well maintained

There are two bad things i didnt like for this hotel first of all their name is changed to hotel paris but they didn't inform about name then i have to ask people for it as i havent seen the name with which they are operating. other is i could say not a bad but their lamps are places straight on your face while sleeping which can be dangerous sometimes while waking up from bed they should improve the aesthetics of their hotel theme.

I wasn’t feel good at the beginning of my booking because no one replied my message. Three day before my arrival they wrote me and telling me that because I didn’t insert my credit card number, so the room isn’t guarantee. I called them immediately but their answering machine doesn’t really work. I wrote them message but nobody replies me. So I contacted Booking.com and asked for help. They came back to me and obviously they have the same experience like me. On very last minute they wrote me saying come before 6pm you’re room will be ready for you. Location:Top! cleanness: Top! In room facilities: the TV didn’t work, so i called them to ask for a check. The staff told me he will come but please wait. so I waited more than a hour and called them again with my phone because the phone in the room didn’t work as well. The staff said nobody except him is working so he can’t leave but he can come after he finishes work. so i told him it’s okay he didn’t need to come because I feel tried. Half an hour later, he suddenly popped up. So i was surprised and asked how come you came? He said he just come quick because he closed the hotel door. At the beginning I thought there is no service there, but my mind changed because he did a good job at the end. although the TV still didn’t work at the end, but I was happy that they are helpful.

The staff is friendly. Room is spacious. There is hot kettle for you to boil water. The heater works great during the winter. The internet works great.

The floor is so cold it's not possible to walk without a socks in the winter.

The hotel is good value for money. My room was however by the roadside and they have a big ongoing contruction. It was very noisy/building shaking every morning and throughout the day. Not the hotel's fault though.

Central location, very close to Frankfurt main railway tation (Hauptbahnhof). Hotel room was cosy and clean, with a comfortable double bed. Lovely and spacious bathroom, water was hot all the time. Fast and always available free WiFi. Friendly and supportive staff

Nothing negative, everything was excellent

The food was great and out balcony on the quiet side was perfect.

The fact you said you were taking 1,017.20€ from my Master Card, but I still had to pay 1,017.20€ at the hotel and you haven't answered my question! Did you take the hotel fee from my Master Card or not? I demand an answer before I check out tomorrow
