Decor was amazing

the food of the restaurant, took a lot of time to check in

Our room was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the food. We had the lobster burger and some chicken thingys at the bar and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly. It was our third or fourth stay at Roomers and we are locking forward to visit again.

Actually there isn't that much to complain about. What we didn't like were the very expensive drinks at the bar. We get it: fancy hotel = expensive drinks. But 25€ for a long island ice tea or 19€ for a hurricane which both came in small glasses and had much ice in it... Seriously...? The prices for the food are more reasonable :-)

the staff here are super friendly and helpful the room super comfy and the location was perfect for us a short stroll to the centre and to the rhine/park which was really nice to see etc, we did not have breakfast as i thought it too expensive as we had breakfast in the old town for 15 euro each, also we did have lunch at roomers which was super tasty but very expensive for lunch, i would have eaten at the hotel at least 3 more times with our stay but i felt it was very high priced, the smoking bar was super and really nice staff the guy gave us a slice of crack pie which anyone needs to try, with our bar snack because we were celebrating our 40 th anniversary , once again thanks to all we loved our stay at roomers and when back in frankfurt will definately stay, also there is a free candy bar a very relaxing 2 afternoon spent in the courtyard, bar outdoor area too

nothing, just too expensive for dining i would have definately dined there 3 times for lunch and at least one evening meal

Convenient location near the main station. Very comfortable room has really everything you need. Thanks to front desk staff for an upgrade. Good beds. Very nice spa facilities. Excellent bar and restaurant. And above all, I have to emphasise extremely kind, helpful and competent staff on all levels. Congratulations and respect. At the end I have to say that this hotel, respecting in the same time preferences and rights of other guests, is in general smoking friendly. An oasis for a smoker like me in this time of anti smoking hysteria.

Seems like the gym is impossible to get into, we could never get the door open!

The rooms were lavish, and the mini bars and snacks were on point! The spa is super nice, and the hotel bar has a sexy interior, and was fairly full of people. It was lively. The hotel guests seemed to be mostly adults. I did not see any children at this hotel. The staff was super helpful with transportation, food, and suggestions. The only thing that could be improved would be to add air conditioners. It was hot during our stay. This place is fun!

Godd design, nice rooms, something different. Breakfast was very good, quite a variety. Staff was outstanding! A nice bar belongs to the hotel, and unbelievably, one can smoke and have a good drink. Populated by the young and beautyful.

Is there a need for constant lounge sound? The location is central, but keep in mind it is Frankfurt main station. What is the car cult in front of the door?

No bar or place to relax without smoking. We had to sit in the Lobby and on Saturday we weren't allowed to sit anywhere as the lobby was used for a nightclub entrance area, even to buy a glass of champagne.

The staff is phenomenal, and the vibe is fun. These guys helped with transportation, with ordering food, with a lost key, and they were pleasant to talk with. The Spa and the club are awesome. The rooms, treats, mini-bars are excellent. So much fun! I liked that this place seems fun for adults.

The lack of air conditioning was pretty uncomfortable because it was hot during our stay.

The hotel has a FANTASTIC atmosphere. The moment you walk in, also thanks to the dim lights, you don't feel like you're in "just another" hotel. The staff were all very friendly and the whole check-in process was flawless. The restaurant produced some delicious dinner, and the breakfast was also VERY good, with waiters who were extremely attentive. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the shower/bathroom area; small but spacious at the same time.

The bed squeaked and moved quite easily... Also, if you are not a smoker/anti smoker, you can't really even go near the bar. A pity, because it looked amazing and I have heard good things about the drinks there - we just ordered them from the restaurant ;)
