The breakfast was cool actually, Japanese meets continental. They had boiled eggs, German sausages (Frankfurters), breads (even a toaster) cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and veg (cucumber, peppers et al), yogurts, jams, honey, Nutella, cereals and on the Asian side they had rice and some noodle soup dish. The coffee from the barista style Coffee machine was good also. The toilet in the en-suite was a Japanese style one, with a control panel attached... it still works like a regular toilet, but you can heat the seat or squirt water like a bidet should you wish.. The bed was comfortable, the room was quite and we had a beautiful picturesque view of the train station, which Portillo esk rail lovers would no doubt enjoy. The Foyer was bright and welcoming with a tasteful nod to Japanese culture. The location of the hotel is super convenient, the bus stop(s) for buses operating to Frankfurt Hahn et al is directly across road and the Haupbahnhof (main train station) is 2 mins away, but it doesn't feel like that, the nature of the hotel makes it a pleasant experience.

This is my 3rd time to stop here overnight. 1 min walk to Frankfurt Hbf. Extremely clean rooms. Free breakfast. Staff is so welcoming and is always smiling. Keep it up Toyoko. Will stop there again in the future.

All meat products were mostly from pork, I would be happy if you could kindly put some chicken or beef options please

I think it was the best living experience in a hotel I had since the pandemic. Wide room, very very wide bathroom, split room air conditioner, latest technology, special helping stuff for the elderly visitors and much much more. This was perhaps the first Hotel I ever visited where I slept like home because of the frim but comfortable bed and the health friendly plow. I forgot my cell phone charger there in the room. I contacted them through booking.com app. They found it and now they are shipping it to me. That's the service I would expect. For sure this would be my first choice for my future visits.

Everything was excellent, however one thing can be improved. That is they mentioned that steam from the bathroom may trigger the fire/smoke alarm, therefore pay special attention to the door of the bathroom. Even though it's a valid point, however I think the problem can be solved by installing an automatic exhaust fan in the bathroom. That would make the visitor worry free.

It was a clean hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean and 180cm king size for our room. The automatic toilet was nice and fun , and I loved it! The minibar fridge was cold and was working properly. Breakfast was value for money. They kept our luggage until night after check out. The staff were helpful and friendly. It had a clock on the wall, which normally hotels don't have, and it was a plus👍 It was close to the central station and in front of the flixbus station, which made the transportation super easy for us. No sound or neighbour disturbing in the hotel.

The check-in and check out time! Check in at 15:00 and check out at 10:00 !! The rooms could be a bit bigger. They should think something about that smoke alarm system because we were stressed when taking a shower that if the steam triggers the alarm and we being charged 450 euros for false alarm as it was written in the notification provided by the hotel.

It’s a nice hotel, a Japanese chain. It’s comfortable, very clean. Location is top - walking distance to everything. Most guests are Japanese. Room has a kettle! It has a nice bar. Staff is exceptional - very friendly. It’s very reasonably priced - top value for money.

Two things spoil your stay: Rooms are very hot in summer (but it’s hot outside and rooms have AC). Under various (nonsense) reasons the hotel rejects to unlock windows to allow them to be fully opened, thus turning the room into a complete sauna in hot weather. It not this the hotel would just be perfect.

So overall - it's OK for a business trip. Very close to the MESSE-venue. and comparing other available options of the hotels which are 15-20min close (by foot!!) to the venue - its OK. and comparing the prices in town for the period of exhibitions - its a good budgetary option. free WiFi - available and very good signal; tidy rooms. refrigerator in the room. safety-box in the room, free. also wanted to thank the personnel of the hotel for the assistance - i lost my wedding ring there. left it near the sink in the bathroom. so they assisted me - found it and delivered to my relatives by DHL in 3-4 business days. thank you to all the staff for that!!

breakfast - raaather poor )))) well, i came there not for the breakfast so i will not deduct points for that; veeery small towels ) hand towel looks like a towel for make-up remove, bath towel looks like hand towel. sink is very low, so when you want to wash your face, you have to bend very looow. and for me the most important was - NO elecltrical sockets near tha bed. so either you use your phone, or you charge it )

I’ve been staying at Toyoko Inn Frankfurt since it opened. It’s a no brainer. Best part is the secure parking as I drive there from Ireland. Also the staff are so helpful, just great service. And rooms spotless , and great value. Finally , you need swipe card to enter from street, swipe card to get in the elevator, finally to room. What more can one ask for. Anthony , Tipperary, Ireland.

Clean hotel & rooms, spacious and room and bathroom, super friendly staff, surprisingly quiet for a hotel this central, the included breakfast is simple yet completely ok and fresh. Frankfurt central station is max. 5min by foot from the hotel (if you walk veryyy slowly), I'm sure the city center isn't too far either. We stayed here to go to a concert in the Deutsche Bank Park which was super easy to reach by tram or S-Bahn. Highly recommended for a short stay! :)

Location, very close to Main railway station, but still not noisy environment. Helpful and friendly staff. Japanese automatic toilet seat in bathroom was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast OK, although I would have liked it to be more Japanese also...

The bathroom could have been bigger, but it was alright anyway. And I was told at the reception, that the fire alarm may go off from the steam from the shower, and I should open and close the bathroom door very quickly coming from the shower, which was a bit annoying, considering that there would a bill of hundreds of Euros if the fire department had rushed to check.

The facilities were exactly like Japanese business hotel, very clean and there were small fridge, water kettle, bathtub in the room, and microwave at the front desk. It is not easy to find such a hotel in Germany with this price range.

Everything was perfect for me, but if people who wish to experience German traditional breakfast, this is not the place to stay. The breakfast was western style, ham &sausage, boiled egg, and salad. but you can also enjoy miso soup and rice as well. If the breakfast comes with seaweed(Nori) and natto, it should be the perfect breakfast for Japanese.
