Simple, clean and modern apartment. An easy walk to lots of Frankfurts main attractions. Safe area & across the road from a great Aldi which made groceries super easy! A great quiet spot to stay for visiting Frankfurt. Also bonus if you get a river view balcony! Very beautiful 😊

Super clean and quiet in the Night people from rezeption very friendly

The card of the room stop 2 to open the door 2 times in 2 days consecutive in the night when I came back to the hotel and at this time is not rezeption but you can call to number to fix situations like this. The first day the person at the phone in the night was nice but the second day I call again and the man that answer me the phone didn’t pay attention if what I was explaining to him about the key and he just said to me that is but Possible to give me another key very unfriendly and finish the call without here what i said I had to call 2 times more ttill another person took The call let me explain my situation with the card and finally after 30! Minutes I got the key and open my room

Well appointed one bedroom loft type apartment overlooking the Main River. Balcony overlooked the river and afforded good views. Functional kitchen you can use to make coffee tea and maybe some pasta.

The sofabed was sufficient for one person and not two as was assumed when you book the room for 4 people. The elevator from the reception desk to the apartment is old and closed on us while we were getting in; needs safety door closing device checked. The river promenade was loud into the night..which was a bit expected due to cruises but a few people (drunks) were yelling late into the night. We kept the balcony door open for air circulation.

The receptionist was wonderful and she even helped us with how to figure out the train system. The rooms were cleaning and the shower pressure was great. The beds are a bit hard so beware.

The property is nice except the sewer/mildew that meets you right as you walk through the door, into the elevator and even our room had a musk to it.

Was not clean (very dusty). But after request next day, cleaning was OK. And Wi-Fi works not in every room. Working from home was not possible due to bad connection. As well the beds on the second floor were not fixed together, not so comfortable for a couple. And the kitchen under stairs is completely useless (impossible to approach).

Excellent location, 15 minute walk to city centre, safe area. Spotlesss clean, cosy and warm in winter, quiet. Great view from the balcony. Kind staff. I will definitely stay again here when I come back to Frankfurt.

I could not turn the electrical stove on, some instructions would have beem useful.

It was my 2nd time staying there, I really love the river view from the balcony, it makes me want to come back for more! The location is perfect about 600m to the nearest station, only 2 stops away to the city center (Hauptwache) and 4 stops to Frankfurt main station. There's also a kitchenette with a kettle, pan where you can actually cook!

The WiFi wasn't working on my 1st stay, fortunately i don't need it. My 2nd time there was perfect, all was great!

Got a room overlooking the river. Nice and high up. Definitely would want this again. I checked out a room at the front too, overlooking the road. I wouldn't choose one of those, and in fact I wouldn't consider staying here again, unless I got the room with a balcony and river view.

The entrance to the building and communal areas are a bit tired - but so what??! Other guests smoking on their balcony, and the hotel has given them ashtrays effectively inviting them to do so. This means the smoke comes into the 'non smoking' rooms.

I would recommend this place!

One thing I was missing were instructions on the check in and the check out. Also, I never met anyone at the reception and had to call the central line whenever I needed help (e.g. had no internet during the first night because I was not provided with the correct password and I had to wait until next day to get someone on the phone who could help me out).

Location was great, staff were very helpful and the room was very spacious. Woman at reception offered great tips for our visit, many thanks.

Maybe some air conditioning in the hot weather but a fan was provided so didn’t matter.
