Breakfast was good. Located at a 15 min walk from downtown. Really Clean. Lockers in room (bring your own lock)

If you are use to hostel with a kitchen, keep in mind that there is no kitchen available (no fridge, no microwave). There were a lot of big groups ranging from 10 yo to 17 yo (schools). No soap in the toilet to wash our hands

First of all the staff at the reception was super nice. Then everything else was fine. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were clean as well, that is the most important - cleanliness. I am happy for this find in Frankfurt. It is not a party place, which is good, you can party outside, but when you come "home" you want to rest. I loved it.

I always forget to bring a lock for the lockers. I didn't need it during my short stay, but this is what comes handy if you are coming. A tiny little lock, not a big one so you can fit it in. I have nothing to complain about.

Very comfortable stay, with lovely view, full breakfast with good materials

Entrance and exit is blocked from2 until 6am which is really discouraging for someone who wants to experience Frankfurts nightlife especially at the weekend. Also they don't provide handsoap in the rooms which I found really dangerous in hygiene terms taking into consideration how many teens and kids stay there who are unable to take care of it on their own.it was shocking to see this after Europe suffering a pandemic.finally our bathroom was not cleaned daily sometimes they didn't even take the rubbish out of it...

The hostel is just outside of the city centre and across the river. You cannot miss it! The staff are very friendly, helpful and take the time to assist. I have never been in such a clean hostel in all of my life! The free breakfast was a lovely touch and plenty of choice.

The beds are rock hard, very very uncomfortable. However as it was too hot for a duvet I slept on top of it which provided a sufficient sleep. Very early check out, perhaps this is due to the volume of guests staying and the need for a good clean up.

Breakfast was really good, a bit of a deli style buffet going on with a mix of different meats and cheeses and a few options for cereal. Also, decent location, I was able to vist everything in frankfurt on foot, and a few very nice pubs and bars within 5 mins. Staff are friendly and speak multiple languages so be sure to ask them for advice on things to see and do.

Lockers where very decent size but everyone in my room really struggled to actually open and close the latch (I guess from constant use) had a few times where I spent like 5 mins trying to twist this little knob at all diffrent angles hoping it would latch. Other than that no complaints what so ever.

It was one of the best hostels I stayed in. In fact, it was a five-star hostel. Even the breakfast was as good as a hotel. You are the best in your job . Good luck

it is not about property but ... Only thing that the night I stayed, there was a 70-year-old very elegant lady in our room (don't the hostel does not have specific age requirements? ). This lady came to the room very late and made as much noise as she could and snoring loudly until the morning . ok There is no problem, but tomorrow morning she accused me and another roommat that we opened her closet😨. and started to claque the doors. 😖This is the first time that this happened to me on a hostel . I think living in a hostel has at least some rules to respect, otherwise people can go to five-star hotels for more comfort.

I loved the cleanliness and the service was efficient. Bed was comfortable and room had two bathrooms so no long waits for other roommates using the same. Location was a a few minutes walk from the train station - very accessible and located in a scenic part of town. Unfortunately did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on the food.

No soap provided in the bathrooms. That was a bummer.

The breakfast buffet was great albeit a bit early for me (7-9am and they kick you out of the breakfast hall at 9 on the dot). Lunch and dinner was available for €7.40 which was a steal. Beds were comfortable enough and wifi was good.

It’s about a 12 minute walk from the nearest train station (U-bahn Dom/Romer) which was a bit of a long walk especially at night in the dark (it can be a bit quiet as well at night). The room lights were super annoying because they were controlled by motion sensor so there was no subtle way to go to the toilet without waking everyone up!
