The Location is excellent, Central both to the tourist area, shopping and not to far from the Messe. The room is overlooking a river and the view is beautiful. The staff at the reception are helpful and overall this is a great place to stay.

The place definitely requires blinds between the bathroom and the room which has a glass. This feature is inconvenient for business travellers.

This is one of the best hotels I have been in. I have been a frequent traveller my entire life. The room was big, had air conditioner that although was not strong was a real privilege for the 35 C that we had every day. The weather was a nightmare, I couldn’t walk with the 35-36 C without feeling dizzy. However, going back to my room with a fresh bathtub every time was a gift of life really. It was thanks to this hotel that I had 5 great nights rest despite the miserable warm weather outside. The staff were super nice too ❤️ thanks to all.

No negative points. may be for those watching tv it would be great to at least put Netflix so people can watch something that is not in German.

View was great, also beds top class. You could walk anywhere worthwhile. Staff was friendly and breakfast enjoyable.

The glass window between the bathroom and the sleeping/living area. A crazy idea. No privacy. At least install curtains so that one can choose whether or not to see one's partner sitting on the loo.

Stayed here one night on a long layover. Excellent location for walking to Romer as well as the shopping district where the Lindt store is located. Less than 20 minute Uber ride from the airport. The hotel is truly right on the river and we loved opening the windows and putting our feet up with a glass of wine after several hours of sightseeing! The view from our room (106) was lovely. Others have mentioned the street noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. (I’m not sure if that’s because we have lived in a big city so we might be used to the noise, or were too exhausted to notice?!) Comfy beds and overall VERY clean. The sweet receptionist was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and when we inquired about purchasing wine, she searched high and low until she found a cold bottle of Riesling for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We didn’t love the down pillows, but that’s personal preference and seems to be the hotel standard these days in every country. Not a deal breaker! Other than that, not one single negative. ☺️

Roomy, quiet esp. for location . The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is large. Overall, the hotel's designers clearly thought through the elements. Everything from the placement of the outlets to the slight tilt of the shower floor for better drainage demonstrates that the interior designers worked to create an excellent living space. The lighting in the bathroom was exceptional, and the use of reflection to enhance the lighting experience is notable. We liked this room! Lest we forget, the receptionist was efficient, helpful, spoke clear English and was engaging in a good way. Thanks to him!

The room was big and had a really good view on the Main. the AC was quit and cool the room very nice. the bed was comfortable in a dark room to have a good night sleep. The location is very good and close to public transport. the price was affordable.

The only problem in the Hotel it was that in the room 307 the shower drain was clog, and the water went out of the bathroom floor. The other problem, the elevator was too slow and the door took a long time to close and after it did close, it will open again for a second time. Minor detail but stressful if you are in a hurry situation.
