Great location with easy walk and into the old town, clean and well appointed rooms.

The location is situated in the very center of Frankfurt, close to the cathedral. It is hence easily approachable by public transport from the main train station (5 minutes). The house might give a dated impression but all facilities are very good (wifi worked marvellously). The room was compact but had all needed even for work. The staff is very friendly and most helpful.

Excellent location near by Konstablerwache underground station, the old town and Mainkai. Very clean and peaceful venue in the middle of city.

It was a hot summer week outside as well inside the hotel. I think that there exists not air-condition in the building. So I kept window open and a small portable fan on all the time. It was still hot and and quite hard to sleep properly due to temperature and fans noise.

I was really impressed by the hotel. I wasn’t expecting anything good from the cheapest hotel available in the center of Frankfurt, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Lots of small details in the room, overall location - nice specialty cafe across the street (actually two), a breakfast restaurant and a gastro pub with nice selection of craft beers. 15 mins to the main train station, so no sketchy and homeless people around. For a solo traveler I can only recommend.

The Spenerhaus must be the best deal in central Frankfurt. I was there for the Frankfurt Book Fair, and it was easy to get from one to the other by subway. The hotel is quiet, the rooms simple but comfortable, and they serve a good buffet breakfast.

Good choice at breakfast, great location, it felt peaceful and safe , good to have 24 h reception, staff very helpful , very clean

Maybe a coffee/ bar would be a nice addition

The location is amazing, just in the center of the city near main attractions. Very nice German restaraunts just across the street. The breakfast was very good, with wide variety of selections. The hotel is very clean and cozy.

The beds were relatively small to our perception.

Fantastic value for money, on-site car park, great location...large room, with everything you need, not fancy but very clean and well stocked with great little touches.

Whilst there was tea in the room, unfortunately no coffee.

Our last night in Europe after a long trip. The room is plain but every bit as comfortable as the Hilton that we stayed in while in Prague and cost a whole lot less. It was a short walk to the middle of the Old town and a wide choice of restaurants. Nice breakfast and easy cab ride to the airport.

The only thing I didn't like was having only one night there, I wish we had more.

Peaceful stay , proximity to everything i.e. Römer , old town , shopping street, train station... The hotel is clean and with bathtub which is very perfect to me to soak to help release from tired journey.

Almost nothing 😉
