The rooms were good size, clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and the bar was great. The gym was lovely and used regularly. It was also a short 20min walk from the Christmas market and town.

We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, including a sink, 2 ring hob and microwave, although there were plates and crockery there was no pans, cooking utensils, chopping board or washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel that are usually provided in these types of rooms. The staff did bring a pan and big spoon. It would be great if it could have been better equipped. We would love to stay again, but would really appreciate a better equipped kitchen Also the carpark associated with the hotel is double the cost of one next to the Rewe supermarket about 100m away.

This hotel was very nice and a very welcomed time as I was travelling for work and had already been on the go for a couple of weeks. I took the metro from Frankfurt Main, and it was very simple, there are several stations nearby, and it only takes about 5-8 min to walk from the station to the hotel. Nearby, you can find restaurants, parks, pharmacies and also a couple grocery stores, so it is all very convenient. The hotel was extremely helpful, and get the extra mile to get me an early checking, after my flight itineraries were quite ahead of schedule and I arrived at the hotel 3 hours earlier than expected. My room was quite big, with enough space for me to work remotely, and also have a good rest.

The receptionist was extremely engaging and made it easy to settle in. The hotel is in a wonderful location - right next to the Main river, with a spectacular view of downtown Frankfurt including both the old town n the foreground and the skyscapers in the background. The river is well used by all kinds of ships, boats and water sport enthusiasts and the walk along the bank gave us the feeling of being in a much smaller city. We were fortunate to be there during a Wine Festival on a balmy evening and the city seemed to be mesmerised by lilting sounds of different types of music and a healthy youthful vibe all along "Frissgasse". Because one of our group has been a lifelong keen photographer, we requested access to the rooftop terrace and got far more than we bargained for in terms of the a truly specttacular evening city lights scene.

Would have preferred a separate shower, rather than a shower over the bath. More thought could have been put into the room design - the massive empty space in the main room of the Junior Suite is essentially wasted, After visiting the roof top terrace, it took us a while and the somewhat nervous experience of walking down the back stairs to work out that our keycards would not work in the floors above 20.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and professional. Especially Joël. The room was spacious. I loved the bathtube and the view from the room. The location is great.

The waiters at breakfast could pay more attention to the customer. It is small things. Instead of apologising for interrupting while take away empty plates, it would be better to ask, if we are enjoying the breakfast or make a bit of friendly small talk. Also the technic of picking up the empty dishes can be improved. It was very noisy, adding to the perception of being interrupted and disturbed every 10min. Some additional amnities at the wellness area would be nice. I. E. infused water, tea, fruits. The choice at breakfast was good, but the presentation can be better. It missed the little extra flair. Some facilities need maintenance i. e. the changing room could not be properly locked. All in all just minor inconveniences. I am looking forward to come back.

The room was spacious and nice to be in with a separate seating corner and the kitchenette. Very neat personnel, taking time for you. Breakfast was served as expected with a good choice of food and drinks. View over the Main river and remarkably silent considering the location. Many small restaurants on walking distance. Public transport just 5 minute walk away.. I can surely recommend this hotel!!

Bathroom has this typical US water tap in the bath/shower instead of a water tap as usual in Germany. it takes ages to set it from deadly scalding to normal temperatures The shower head cannot go higher than eye height... that's a challenge for me as an average height European of 1.85m.... It was all not disastrous, but it just caused some discomfort.

The hotel is very central easy to reach everything on foot. Room size was nice, although it looks bigger on the pictures. Great shower pressure, good breakfast, friendly personnel.

The room was a little dated and needed an upgrade. A lot of scratches on the floor and walls could be easily fixed with some paint and polish. The windows and curtains were dirty. Coffee cups were also not clean. Only granulated coffee in the rooms. Generally, if someone with a sense of ownership looked into the room, they would be able to see a lot of details that could be easily fixed in a hotel of this category. However, if only basic cleaning is done, it declines overtime and the price becomes unjustified.

The breakfast was excellent, good variety of foods, proper temperature, pleasant display. Location is great, easy walk to old Town, adjacent to the Main river. Views of Frankfurt skyline were stunning from the 11th floor. The tall blonde haired gentleman that checked us on was very informative and professional, best desk staff person we met in Germany!

We had dinner in the New Brick restaurant our last night in Frankfurt, unfortunately it was one of the poorest meals/service we had on our trip. For what presents as a high end restaurant, staff are not trained and food quality and presentation is poor. The worst of 3 schnitzel meals I had in Frankfurt both quality and presentation. Restaurant has potential but staff require training and food quality/presentation needs to be improved, no management presence??

Its a great hotel and we definitely recommend it. Location is simply perfect and the view is amazing! Rooms are big and comfortable, you even have small kitchen to cook something. Staff is very helpful and breakfasts are tasty! We also had very good time in SPA, luckily it was repared before our check in and we could use it! Bed and other furniture is very good! Also we and our friends were leaving in neighboring rooms, thanks to checkin receptionist! We appreciate your service!

What to improve: Nobody informed me that I will have to leave a deposit, 50 eur per night. But iys not the main problem. I was ready to pay for hotel at the checkin, but nobody asked and I thought ok, I will pay at the end. On the next day 40% of payment was blocked on my card and I thought ok, I will pay the difference at the end. When we were checking out, I was asked to pay a full amount and promised that blocked amount will be returned in a few days. That was unexpected and not comfortable for me, but there was no choice. I recommend to hotel reception to provide a clear information related to deposit and payment terms from the very beginning. When you go to spa you need to cross a narrow corridor with automaticly opening outside doors on your way, be careful to not catch the cold.

We had the largest room in all of Frankfurt! This was more of an apartment than a hotel room and we loved it. Our family of five fit very comfortably and loved the views of river and the skyline. The breakfast (additional $25 per person) was fantastic and we would highly recommend getting it added on. Plus kids under 12 eat free with paying adults.

The only complaint is that they couldn’t accommodate an early check in and after 16 hours of travel with kids it was a struggle.

We receive an upgrade, so the room was huge and pretty comfortable. The view was pretty great from the 8th floor. The heat was on very high when we arrived, but it cooled off quickly once we adjusted the radiators. Finally enough pillows!

The bed was weirdly firm and a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was very generously proportioned, but a little old-fashioned with the shower-over-tub arrangement. Given the space, a separate shower cabin should be possible.
