The receptionist was extremely engaging and made it easy to settle in. The hotel is in a wonderful location - right next to the Main river, with a spectacular view of downtown Frankfurt including both the old town n the foreground and the skyscapers in the background. The river is well used by all kinds of ships, boats and water sport enthusiasts and the walk along the bank gave us the feeling of being in a much smaller city. We were fortunate to be there during a Wine Festival on a balmy evening and the city seemed to be mesmerised by lilting sounds of different types of music and a healthy youthful vibe all along "Frissgasse". Because one of our group has been a lifelong keen photographer, we requested access to the rooftop terrace and got far more than we bargained for in terms of the a truly specttacular evening city lights scene.

Would have preferred a separate shower, rather than a shower over the bath. More thought could have been put into the room design - the massive empty space in the main room of the Junior Suite is essentially wasted, After visiting the roof top terrace, it took us a while and the somewhat nervous experience of walking down the back stairs to work out that our keycards would not work in the floors above 20.

The hotel is very central easy to reach everything on foot. Room size was nice, although it looks bigger on the pictures. Great shower pressure, good breakfast, friendly personnel.

The room was a little dated and needed an upgrade. A lot of scratches on the floor and walls could be easily fixed with some paint and polish. The windows and curtains were dirty. Coffee cups were also not clean. Only granulated coffee in the rooms. Generally, if someone with a sense of ownership looked into the room, they would be able to see a lot of details that could be easily fixed in a hotel of this category. However, if only basic cleaning is done, it declines overtime and the price becomes unjustified.

The breakfast was excellent, good variety of foods, proper temperature, pleasant display. Location is great, easy walk to old Town, adjacent to the Main river. Views of Frankfurt skyline were stunning from the 11th floor. The tall blonde haired gentleman that checked us on was very informative and professional, best desk staff person we met in Germany!

We had dinner in the New Brick restaurant our last night in Frankfurt, unfortunately it was one of the poorest meals/service we had on our trip. For what presents as a high end restaurant, staff are not trained and food quality and presentation is poor. The worst of 3 schnitzel meals I had in Frankfurt both quality and presentation. Restaurant has potential but staff require training and food quality/presentation needs to be improved, no management presence??

Its a great hotel and we definitely recommend it. Location is simply perfect and the view is amazing! Rooms are big and comfortable, you even have small kitchen to cook something. Staff is very helpful and breakfasts are tasty! We also had very good time in SPA, luckily it was repared before our check in and we could use it! Bed and other furniture is very good! Also we and our friends were leaving in neighboring rooms, thanks to checkin receptionist! We appreciate your service!

What to improve: Nobody informed me that I will have to leave a deposit, 50 eur per night. But iys not the main problem. I was ready to pay for hotel at the checkin, but nobody asked and I thought ok, I will pay at the end. On the next day 40% of payment was blocked on my card and I thought ok, I will pay the difference at the end. When we were checking out, I was asked to pay a full amount and promised that blocked amount will be returned in a few days. That was unexpected and not comfortable for me, but there was no choice. I recommend to hotel reception to provide a clear information related to deposit and payment terms from the very beginning. When you go to spa you need to cross a narrow corridor with automaticly opening outside doors on your way, be careful to not catch the cold.

We receive an upgrade, so the room was huge and pretty comfortable. The view was pretty great from the 8th floor. The heat was on very high when we arrived, but it cooled off quickly once we adjusted the radiators. Finally enough pillows!

The bed was weirdly firm and a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was very generously proportioned, but a little old-fashioned with the shower-over-tub arrangement. Given the space, a separate shower cabin should be possible.

Excellent! Rich selection of everything and so many healthy options. There was even an omelette station with a super responsive chef. The highlight was the freshly squeezed orange juice and carrot juicing machine. The staff were polite and quick to clear the tables. Everyone spoke good English and were willing to assist with taxis.

Early check in cost me 60 euros and breakfast was not inclusive. That felt unfair. Why? The elevator needs a bit of work. It was a bit too slow and made so much noise.

Loved the view. The hotel is unique if it comes to that. Centrally located, good connection to the public transport, helpful staff, spacious & cozy room.

Furniture and floors are rather old/ used and should be renewed, noises from the street were rather loud (even through closed windows). The elevator ride was a bit bumpy (again: age). Loved the hotel in general, but would expect a renovation rather sooner than later in order to stay competitive with the other facilities nearby.

Great hotel with all the amenities, plus a small gym and a nice spa. The breakfast was a great start to the day and the room was spacious with lovely views overlooking Frankfurt. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Whilst I didn't get everyone's name, Noel really did go above and beyond when checking me in. He was warm, friendly and enthusiastic and as a result I had one of my best check in experiences.

The gym could be better equipped and the room's are a little dated. It is a little out of the city centre too.

The spacious rooms was exceptional. The view from the rooms were inviting and the breakfast room was a perfect compliment to the experience you get when you stay here. They offer drip coffee, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed carrot juice. They offer a variety of hot food, and plenty of spreads and pastries for your morning coffee. We will definently be booking here again.

I would ask about how to enter the garage when you check in, if you park after it closes.

Great location. The hotel faces the river, and is walking distance to the center (15-20 minutes to the ild town, 25-30 min to downtown). There is a nice swimming pool, though very small (too small for laps, and only open after 10am...), but the spa is really nice. The view from the room (on the river) is fantastic, and the hotel is quiet. I loved that there is a kitchenette. The breakfast is super expensive if it is not included in your rate (35euros! definitely not worth it!)
