We had a great stay at Flemmings Riverside Frankfurt. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, our dog was very welcome and she loved it too. Our room was very modern, clean and comfortable. We slept very well. The mini-market in the foyer was a great addition to get water and snacks. While there was no chef for the restaurant in the evening, the provision of fresh pizza and pasta was great - it was some of the best pizza we have had. Breakfast was really good (the eggs were great). Location was great, a 10 minute walk to Frankfurt centre and 10 minutes to the old town. Being right on the river was good to walk the dog along the river walk. Parking at the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. We stayed here before flying from Frankfurt Airport (15 min drive) and it was so much easier and better value for money, than staying at the airport itself. We will stay here again and look forward to it.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was pricey but delicious with a great variety (buffet style). The location is quiet and very close to the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. Something to keep in mind: I was traveling with family and we got 2 rooms, one with a single king bed and one with 2 beds. The 2 beds were pushed together, and the glass shower was exposed visually to the room but with a curtain that could be pulled to shield it from the bed area. The single-bed room had the shower exposed to the whole room with no option for privacy. This wasn't a problem for us because only one person stayed in the single-bed room, but ask about the room layout if you're not on a romantic getaway and are looking for more privacy.

The a/c in the room didn't work very well, but it was very comfortable with a window open at night (highs in the 80s F & lows in 50s when we were there).

The staff was a pleasure to deal with - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide selection of German continental and English breakfast foods. The room was clean and comfortable. Late check out available. Good location if you want to wander along the river Main and into the Altstadt, the historic centre.

The washing basin and shower are not separated from the room, only the toilet is. A sheer window curtain in addition to the black-out curtain would increase privacy. The hotel is in a residential area facing apartment blocks.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast area. Very close to the Christmas market - perhaps 15 minutes walk. They were very flexible about me having breakfast on my [early] arrival rather than the next morning when I needed to go to the airport early and I am extremely grateful for that. I would probably choose the same hotel again.

The room was a little cold. The shower cubicle in the main room means having to close the curtains but not a big issue for me.

Good location to walk to the old town. Clean and comfortable rooms, underground parking garage. Easy 15 minute walk to the center of old town.

I paid cash for parking and tax but was not given a receipt. They advertised special Dream Team tea and good night package, we requested it but it was not given. They claim they did not have enough. If you dont have enough, dont promote it. Upon check in, they just give you the key and that was it. No information about restaurants, attractions, just plain check in. Asked how to get to the old town at front office, she said to cross the bridge and keep walking. That was completely wrong. Asked to borrow a fork, the guy gave a spoon saying he could not find the forks. Many homeless people in the area but I dont hold the hotel respinsible for this. It was a good hotel, they just need to train and coach the staff. They are lacking sharp customer service and hospitality.

Generally a very comfortable room. We had a one night stay at Fleming's, as I had an early train from Frankfurt HBF that I had to catch. The personel were very friendly and kind, and the room was comfortable, with a workstation. However, it had an odd layout, with a shower that was fully open for the rest of the room. Sink was also in the bedroom, which was odd.

Odd room setup was not the most comfortable/private, even if you're a couple, it forced you to not be so private. The location is not far from the centre, but not extremely convenient.

The staff really made us feel welcome, remember our names and greeting us every time we passed (thanks to Menko at reception!). That added a really nice touch to a large hotel in Frankfurt, which we hadn't expected. The breakfast selection offered a huge range of choice, although hard to get one's money's worth unless one had a massive appetite every morning. (There's a small breakfast bar/cafeteria in the same premises which might serve as alternative if all you want is a coffee and a croissant.) The location of the hotel was excellent. Tram 18 literally right outside of the front door (although one of the younger reception staff didn't know that...); S-Bahn close by; and walking distance to Sachsenhousen, Museumsufer, old town and Konstabler Wache. We enjoyed our stay.

We liked the gym and sauna but it gets crowded when other guests use the facilities at the same time. Plus it was a little difficult to figure out where to change for the sauna...

Friendly personnel. The room was very clean. We were in this hotel already several times. Location is perfect. Good parking.

There is no information in the room for check-out hours, breakfast times, how to work the heater, or the television control remote ;which was unusual and annoying). I called the front desk around midnight, no answer. I called several times, no answer. There are only three digits to call the front desk, so I know that I did not misdialed the number. I had to go downstairs with pijamas, both workers were sitting away from the desk, on the sofas, just talking. They did take care of the problem, but they should answer the phone day and night. After I complained about the telephone, then they answered.

Staff were great. Room was strangely laid out but spacious enough. BIG problem was the AC system which was not working properly. Room was going up to 26 degrees over night. However, the front desk staff were very concerned and at the end of our stay, refunded us 20% of the cost of our room without being asked for compensation. Class act.

The staff were very supportive. After a very long drive to Frankfurt we arrived at the hotel to find out that the parking was full because of an event in town. It was very difficult to find parking in the city and they understood that we were very tired so the staff worked hard to help us resolve this and found a very good solution for us. They were patient and kind and gave us a nice room to make us more comfortable. The hotel itself is good and in an excellent location downtown.
