Although the decoration makes it look like a fancy hotel, the services are very basic. No bathroom amenities, no closet, no boiler/coffee/tea/bottle of water in the room. No telephone or fridge either. Really just the bedroom and a bathroom. Industrial/urban style should not mean less confortable.

Rooms and lobby clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Coffee delicious! Loved the fun decor! Staff friendly. Perfect location to walk around city center. Many options for eating and shopping

Be careful of taxi situation. We were told that a taxi would be 40 euros back to the airport. We pushed the taxi button and walked out to the curb to find a taxi waiting. As we got into the taxi another one pulled up. The taxi drivers had “words” with each other. 63 euros later we arrived at the airport. Obviously the other taxi was supposed to be the one we used. So, confirm the taxi fare prior to getting in.

Very stylish / audacious / kinda irreverent hotel, from the hall to all the details in the room, you can feel this electric vibe the moment you walk in and it's exciting. Staff welcome you with a smile, check-in was fast if not immediate, the room is stylish yet minimal, I particularly loved the light underneath that turns on when you get out of bed. Saved in my favs for my next visit to Frankfurt, I'll be back!

The lottery gave me a room on the first floor so the view wasn't great, but that's it pretty much!

the location and the idea of the hotel

there was no safe and fridge in the room, I understood the concept of the hotel but at least there should be a drawer with a key lock if not a safe where one can put his personal stuff and legal documents in while he is out. and for the fridge it is still important if one have things that must be cold like baby milk or medicine.

Nice and stylish hotel - both inside and out. Comfortable lighting in the room. Well maintained. Decent breakfasts. Good location - close to the old city center and to a subway station. Underground parking in the same building (20 eur/day, entrance from Stiftstrasse). We were lucky and got a spacious corner room with a great view.

Even in a large room there are very few shelves and no closet - only a small clothes rack. Also, the hotel was clean in general, but we stayed here on January 2nd and the room was not vacuumed after the previous guests - there was a litter on the floor: champagne cork wire, some crumbs and sequins from a dress - I can only hope that the rest of the room was properly cleaned and prepared. Not very welcoming staff.

The property itself was good, but the “party” theme decorations with their glorification of a drinking culture were extremely off-putting. For anyone being adversely affected by the results of someone’s excessive alcohol consumption, and there are MANY potential guests in that category, it creates a very negative vibe. Also could have done without the excessively loud music in the breakfast lounge in the morning.

Very close to the shopping area. It’s new and modern. The hotel is quite even it’s close to the shopping area. The ac is quite and cool enough so the room is not to stuffy even the windows can’t be opened.

There are no cups or glasses in the room so it’s not convenient for people who like to drink water/coffee/tea when they wake up. You have take your own bottles if you don’t want to take the drink in the restaurant on the 1st floor.

The location is very good. The rooms are big. I was afraid of the feeling of the industrial design, but was okay.

The room was directly looking to the entrance of the hotel, where there is a café. So we had to keep the dark curtains closed all the time, it was a bit depressing. The rooms are only cleaned every two days. There were no towels for the bathroom floor/foot. It became a bit of a mess.... Finally, the cleaning lady just entered at 8:30 in the morning to the room :((( It was our check-out day.. So cleaning would not be logical while we were still inside. That shocked us a bit.

I truly enjoyed the location, as it was very central and shopping sites walking distance. The hotel is in a modern architecture, which was a (nice) surprise; I also enjoyed the lights around the room/ bed etc., and the breakfast had plenty choices and tasty.

Somehow, I did not fully enjoy the communication exchange with the staff at reception, both at check-in and check-out. It was like the ladies needed some lemon to cut their nausea while speaking to me - not sure if that was in general, or only for me, but I didn't like it. Also, at the check-out, I was asked to pay for another room, though I showed my room number and said my name correctly. Luckily I checked the bill (of course, under another round of skepticism from the reception lady) and mentioned the mistake - which is fine as it happens, but came without any apologies.

The location is perfect behind the shopping mall called „MyZeil“. Very central and perfect walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores, etc. Plus I loved the interior design. Very stylish and modern. Industrial style.

The parking is really complicated. If I didn’t read the comments and reviews from others, I wouldn’t have found it. Also the ticket machine didn’t work properly, so I had to get help at the info point which is located as button on the ticket machine.
