Very nice place .. and the location is perfect

due to the extreme heat inside the room (it was the only negative point of the room ) there was no air conditioning or even a fan as the room was facing the main street, I could not open the window (because the noise of cars passing by all night was very annoying) that's why sometimes it was unbearable to be inside the room with so much heat

Cleanliness, amenities, good location. Checking process was good as well as the convenience of not having to worry about a key.

The shower. As it was not enclosed too much of the bathroom would get wet when you used it. Inability to regulate the air, including lack of ability to open the window.

It was a comfortable room with kitchen. Had plenty of room. Check in and out was extremely easy. Now I know that they have laundry available, too. Even the machines were clean and there is detergent.

Kitchen is a bit smaller than I would have hoped. I would trade cupboard space (a ton) for some (any!) counter. The lack of ventilation is a little troubling, but worked out with the window open. Most lacking: directions for the stove and dishwasher (yes, there's even a dishwasher!). After much trial and error (and one night not cooking) I figured out the stove. Can't say the same for the dishwasher. All that said: a great experience and great place for anyone looking to have a comfortable bed and kitchenette.

600 m from Hauptwache rail station with direct line to the airport. The forth floor apartment was in the back building and was warm, clean and extremely quiet. The host left presents for me on arrival. There is a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Access by pin code was very convenient. Modern and functional.

Forth floor without a lift could be a problem for older visitors. The style is austere: black furniture, dark walls. The pillows are awful almost 1 cubic metre in size. Cannot use them. Had to use instead cushion from the sofa. To the owners, please put small pillows in the rooms.

The room was very nice, spacious, everything one would need for a week’s stay - except for an iron. After check-in I had a small issue and the staff instantly reacted over Whatsapp and solved it within a few minutes. I was lucky enough to have a room facing the back since the rooms toward the front would be too loud for me if I had to stay more than an night. I was told that the rooms are chosen at random, so it is a bit hit and miss in terms of noise. Everything else was great. If it wasn’t for the noise from the street I would definitely stay again.

Rooms facing the front are loud if you like to open your window. Once the windows are closed, the sound proofing is very good though.

I loved the fact that I had no key (card) to come and go. The PIN made everything very practical, and the lack of a receptionist was a plus to me. The Apartment was filled with cards with messages saying, this is free, this is how you get more towels, with this QR code you check out, and so on. As one comment I read over here said, you feel the staff's company all the time. Plus constant automatic WhatsApp messages always guide you during your stay. The location is very good, it's clean and I also appreciate not getting interrupted by the cleaning service. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve the food.

My first morning there in the Breakfast partner Cafe was pleasant, I got a guy kindly sitting me and my husband. The second morning a well dressed woman asked us to sit in another uncomfortable and separated section of the Cafe, and was overall a bit rude. She was to receive customers that made their reservations and it was super obvious she wanted to get rid of any person that came from Numa ASAP. I felt relieved when I left, which sucks. Then the options themselves to have breakfast there are very limited. Something as simple as a croissant had to be paid separately.

The location and room was incredible. Very large apartment for the money. No need to speak to someone upon check in is also a nice touch after a stressful day. That said, someone is just a message away via WhatsApp if required. Great service and even included a beer and lemonade free of charge in the room.

Nothing to call out here. The only negative was the breakfast option. This isn’t done on site and is 5 minutes away from the venue. For me, I selected the breakfast option however had to check out at 7am for me to arrive on time for a meeting. The location for breakfast wasn’t open until 8am meaning a loss of €15. After contacting the staff via WhatsApp they resolved the issue quickly and provided a full refund. Please just bear this in mind.

Would highly recommend this property. Check in was seamless - i was sent a text with a door code and notified room was ready. The room itself was super clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette, a sofa/seating area, a place to work, a comfy chair and a bed. I worked for 4 days from the location and the WiFi was flawless and was able to do video conference calls all day. The kitchen was equipped enough to make basic meals (though they did warn that the smoke alarm is sensitive, so i didn't want to risk it). The location was about a 10 min walk to the main Christmas market and there is a subway station right outside to get to other parts of the city with ease. The laundry facilities in the basement were also very clean and the app to use them worked just fine, even notifying me when the cycle was complete. There is also an "essentials" closet for things like fresh towels, coffee refills, garbage bags, etc. I stayed for 5 days, but could have stayed much longer if needed. Would highly recommend for anyone who has a bit of an extended stay and may need to get some work done while traveling.

Everything was great. I was there for a nearly a week and while dishsoap and a broom was provided, I would have liked access to some sort of cleaning agent to wipe the counters/bathroom down with after a few days. But there is a DM about 5 minutes away for any personal item you may need so I just purchased my own.

Very nice room, clean and cozy, very nicely decorated including everything you need to have a good stay. I was going to stay 2 days but extended my stay to 3 day very easily and was able to keep the same room for my extended trip. As the hotell has no personal Insitu I gave a top grade to them because of the fast response to my request to extend my stay and the flexibility they allowed me to have in this matter. I have seen some bad recessions of people shouting about not being able to bring unregistered people into their rooms which sounds logical to me for security reasons, especially when the hotell is free from personal. I am very happy with my stay and it was price worth. The best place I stay at so far during this year. When it comes to Frankfurt as a city, it is not the most exciting city I have been to but it is a lot of beautiful cities outside of Frankfurt to see wich takes between 30 to an hour train to go to. Then Numa bloc rooms and apartments is a good base of operation to stay at. Roughly 30 min from the central station by foot which is perfect because close to the central station is quite shady, especially in the evening.

Rooms very clean and in good shape. Quiet if you have rooms to the yard. Good mattress and good sleep. Handy kitchenette which serves for warming up food and making tea. Rather not for anything near real cooking.

Inconvenient conversation with staff after the stay. I booked and paid rooms for a group, but everyone got an invoice for each room separately. When asking for a single invoice, I got told that they can't do this because of IT limitations. We had a long discussion about their legal obligations, which made it a lengthy and annoying call. I got my invoice in the end.
