great location, in the centre and a short walk from the train station and the shopping areas. clean, modern property. comfortable beds and quiet rooms.

We paid for Breakfast to be included. however on 2 of our 3 mornings there was a serious lack of food being supplied for the guests. This is due to a small area for displaying food and as a result the quantity of food is continuously emptying by the volume of guests quicker then it is replenished by the staff. I didn’t see any management presence in this hotel so it looks like the team have no direction at all. with one hour left before breakfast time ended on sat, there was no bread, eggs, meat, glasses, cutlery, it was a disaster.

Room was comfortable enough for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids), equipped with all the basic things... was a bit smaller than we expected for a room with kitchen, but manageable. location was good and centric, nearby public transport. Overall a good experience

Breakfast, was extremely crowded and when we went to eat most items where already gone and took a lot of time to replenish, seems like the size/quantity of breakfast was not properly planned for size of the hotel and amount of guests... felt far from the Marriott level service we expected. Also we though the laundry facilities of the property (which is a residence inn) were hard to get to and very expensive (4 EUR per load of washer or dryer).. we stayed in comparable hotels trough Europe on this holiday and this was the only making such charge for laundry... most where actually free for use of guests.

Convenient room with kitchenette facilities. Excellent breakfast, despite relatively small buffet. Easy access by train from airport- 15 min journey. 24 h restaurant available (with limited food choice after a certain time).

I had no issues with my stay. Room was very comfortable, not luxurious. However as a general rule, I prefer hotels that don't allow pets. By definition, in my opinion, they are cleaner and less likely to cause any kind of allergies or infections irrespective of how well they are cleaned. If a hotel allows pets, I would recommend they allow only on certain floors, so customers can be allowed to choose to accept or avoid these floors. Also they should apply proper cleaning, not regular one.

The rating on bookings.com was just GOOD but I think it deserve a VERY GOOD rating. It is a simple but comfortable hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Majority of the staff were courteous and helpful, only with an exception of 1 staff at the reception area who derailed the whole stay experience a little. Breakfast was simple but good enough for a hearty start of the day. The water machine near lobby was a bonus. Location is good.

Some noise from the street and restaurants below could be heard from our rooms at the lower level.

This is a very new hotel in a great location. It is about 10minutes walk to Ziel and has some nice restaurants you can visit within walking distance. We booked two rooms with an optional sofa bed as we have 2 children and 4 traveling adults. The room and bathroom size is generous with plenty space for 6 of us. Breakfast is really decent as we really did not expect much as it is not very expensive. Overall, we are really pleased with the accommodation and will highly recommend it.

Picked this hotel as it was an easy walk from the Hauptwache S-Bahn station. A good location for both walking to the shops and to other attractions. My room had a kitchenette with microwave, cooktop and small dishwasher. Anyone staying here for a longer-term stay can provide some of their own meals. There is both a large Rewe store, on the lower level of the nearby MyZeil mall, for food as well as a DM next to it, where organic and health food options are available. This hotel is also a short walk from the KleinMarktHalle, where you can pick up ready-to-serve or ready-to-cook foods. There is also a laundry available at this location. I was also glad this Marriott property still has conventional light switches.

While the shower/bathroom was a good size, it would have been nice to have a washing line for hanging up rinsed out items.

Very clean and comfortable and a smooth breakfast process. We only stayed one night but would be happy to stay again.

It's very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel when you arrive for the first time. There is one door on the street which you can't open without a room key. The alternative way to reception involves going into another hotel, up a flight of stairs, through a bar and then across an outdoor terrace. We wandered round for ten minutes looking for a better way to get into the hotel but then had to tailgate someone in.

I liked the location.

Porter was not available in hotel. I had to drag all my luggage to the room... Economic studio was very conjusted, even working desk and bed dont have flexible space in between...Rooms on initial floors are noisy because of market and club in ground. They dont provide drinking water in room, you have to carry your pitcher to get it filled from reception, no mater on which floor you are staying.

The location was perfect, near to everything you want to see in Frankfurt. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well decorated and good to stay at. Staff were very good and the breakfast was fantastic.

- I wasn’t able to sleep/wake up peacefully in this hotel. loud music at night and early morning. the hotel seems to do nothing about it. - It’s funny that they put telephones that don’t work, and no I wasn’t the only case other people in another room were having the same issue. If we need anything we go to the reception for it. - Room cleaning wasn’t available every day, this is a huge issue to me. We all want to go back to a well-organized and clean room.
