The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. An easy 5-minute walk from the S-bahn station "Harburg Rathaus", which took us into the center of Hamburg within 25 minutes. Rooms were small but adequate for our needs. We stayed there for four nights.

The hotel is right next to a busy highway, so we had to keep the windows closed at night. The windows blocked out the sound very well. The price seems high for the size of the rooms, but it was still substantially cheaper than other options for Hamburg.

Very nice location in Hamburg-Harburg, easy to reach by public transport. Numerous restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Friendly staff at the reception. My single room was clean and equipped with everything I needed. I had booked without breakfast and therefore cannot rate it.

Check-in only until 10 pm. No lift. Check-out officially until 11 am, but at 8 am the cleaning crew was already standing in the room. Maybe they should get information about the departure days of the guests.

very central in Harburg although a bit annoying to get to Hamburg since there was a construction on the S-Bahn line. That said, not the hotel’s fault. Rooms are nice and adequate

price was a bit high but I think that was due to an event going on in Hamburg over the weekend.

Wonderful hotel, secure parking at a very cheap price, great location, really friendly staff and an absolutely excellent breakfast! We were going to a concert and chose this because of the location and price. We were pleasantly surpriced, everything was in great order.

The beds could have been a little softer, but they were perfectly acceptable.

The staff were excellent, the breakfast was basic but more than adequate. Will stay again.

The main road and trains can be a bit noisy but the double glazing works well and air conditioning is provided

Cosy, small and clean hotel very close to restaurants and with good connections (bus, S-Bahn). Comfortable beds, fridge in the room, quiet, friendly staff and superb breakfast. Good parking in the courtyard.

Staff was friendly, especially the guy in the entrance was genuinely helpful. :) The breakfast was nice as well.

The breakfast had everything I needed. The room size was sufficient, no need to be bigger. The bed was great. Despite the noisy outside, I slept very well.

The flyer in the room advertised that the location of the hotel was very quiet. But this is hardly possible next to a busy railway line and a federal road (the B73).

Friendly staff. The room had all amenities for a couple of days' stay. Easy to reach from the city centre (25-30 mins by S-Bahn) and it was nice to experience another neighbourhood in Hamburg. se
