Good value for money. Free car park next to the hotel is a big plus; rooms with large bathrooms, comfortable beds and TV sets; rooms cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis (something that is not so obvious even in expensive hotels due to COVID-19). The staff were friendly and helpful - we were able to check in earlier than expected. Close to the hotel there are quite a few bars and cafes (can recommend San Remo and Vollmundig). About 60 min on foot to Alter Elbtunnel - a very interesting stroll through the industrial part of the city; the tunnel itself is also one of the major attractions of Humburg.

The hotel was nice, in a calm neighborhood, a bit far from the city center. I got "Dubai" room. It was warm, with big windows and soft bed. If you want to stay near Wilhelmsburg or Vettel area, it's totally recommended!

The heating towel rack and the hair dryer in the WC hadn't been cleaned and were full of dust. Also the stuff wasn't very fluent in English so the communication wasn't always good.

The location is very convenient, just a couple of bus stops to get to the nearest S-Bahn station and then to the port or to the centre of town. Clean modern room, very warm, the staff is friendly. There is small but private parking next door, right over the corner. Basically, there is absolutely everything you need to for a short-term trip into the city.

No elevator for kids push chair or so, as far as I have seen. No kettle in the room :( we saw one in the reception, but the reception is only available between 13-17 o'clock.

room is opened without giving any information. I stayed 2 nights and noticed that my room was opened without giving any information. Location is little bit far away from both harbor and central location.

Nice and calm nebourhood, it was easy to find a parking spot infromt of the hotel. All the instructions was exact and easy to follow. The property was clean and the stuff was nice.

No airconditioning, it was a little bit hot, but we open the window and problem was solved.

It would be really if you could change the pillows. Unfortunately they were extremely uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The room was also very comfortable which was great.

The WiFi wasn't too good. It kept cutting out in the room and seemed to only work in the reception area. Also the WiFi was for mobile phones only.

We came in late, automated key fetching worked great and room was well prepared, same for early checkout. No direct contact to staff needed. Luckily there was also a free parking spot on the street around the corner.

Very nice facilities and spacious room. The check in and check out processes have been automated to be done also outside reception hours. The stuff informed with a very detailed message for the entire process. Room spacious and clean. Everything great !
