I liked the serenity of the place. And the advanced process by which Guest pick up their keys in a secured box with a code. Instead of receptional stress and sometimes check in stress. I really liked that. And also having asess to a kitchen within the room was wooow.
The departure time isn't favourable and doesn't match up to the entry time. It should be as equal or 2 hours less than the entry. Atleast 12.00 is much better than 10.00 as people would have to be in a rush to pack up and arrange their things. Especially when they came for a program which lasted late into the night and therefore they might need some hours rest. Yet the departure time which I see to be unfavourable might affect them like it did affect me.

The room offered a large space for three guests and the kitchen area offered a good refrigerator and enough spaces to store cutlery, plates and bowls. The bathroom was also large, the shower and toilet facilities worked well and there were enough spaces to store one's own bathroom utensils.
The room had three windows and two of them could not be opened properly. The third one could not be closed completely. These circumstances made the air and feeling inside the room somewhat hot and sticky and caused noise during the nights and days as through the not completely closed window, traffic noise of the nearby express road could be heard clearly. However, this problem was solved when we contacted the staff. Furthermore after two days of the stay, two of the sockets in the living room area stopped working and the charging capacity of all sockets in the room was reduced enormously. Hence, we had difficulties to charge all our electric devices. We escalated this issue to the staff, but the issue could not be solved in the end.
