+ Was basally clean + Quiet - even though there was a party downstairs they quietened down by midnight + Easy no-frills check in if you come between 1400-2000 + Easy checkout - just drop the key

- Location was a bit difficult to reach from city center (though there's a bus station right next) - Nice windows - but not much of a view (not their fault though!)

After reading the reviews I was a bit worried but it was a good stay after all. The room was spacious and relatively clean, location is a bit away from city centre but it was ideal for us, room is very basic but enough for a short stay, bonus for small fridge. There is no staff in the hotel but this wasn’t an issue to get in, there was no problem to park a car either. Hotel is located just next to the busy railway and it might be loud (operating 24h) and it could be an issue for some

The room is new and well maintained. More an apartment than a room.

No one for check-in remote location with code and key in box outside. Worst is the cargo trains passing by all night long, very noisy; Also: the Indian restaurant was closed on my day of arrival and I had to walk 2 miles to get to a gas station which offered a warm sausage and some coffee drink /croissant for next morning. Being alone in a house without reception in an industrial area felt unsecure; also door in back could not be locked so everyone could theoretically could have walked right in (although it says place is video protected. I picked it because it is in walking distance to a company I had to visit next morning but I regretted booking that hotel. TV did not work as well.

I was afraid after reading all the previous comments, but I have to say that the bed sheet and towels were clean and smelled good. The bathroom was also clean.

It rained and it was very complicated to exit the hotel by the main entrance because it was flooded. There's no one there so you don't have someone to ask for help. I had to climb into wet rocks with my suitcase to get out of there. In general, the place has a lot of flies and smells weird.
