We loved the location - walkable to so much and comfortable quiet accommodation. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was small but we didn’t mind.

They offer a buffet breakfast. It’s all or nothing. It would be nice if they had some a la carte and fresh coffee in the morning. There are places to walk to but if it’s cold or raining it would be a nice option.

Location, quiet and you ve direct access to bus station to city centre, train station or metro to airport. Breakfast was of good quality and quantity buffet style. Bed was comfy and bathroom size was good. They provided water and chocolate as compliment. We had kettle fotr tea and espresso machine.They prepared Breakfast box for us as we checked out early. Wifi, check in and check out were smooth.

This stylish, comfortable, boutique hotel affords easy access to shops, restaurants, and walking paths around Lake Alster. The staff was friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious, and the room was first rate. We very much enjoyed sipping our wine and taking in the views from our balcony.

I stayed just for one night, so haven't seen a lot. Staff was friendly, room was clean and quite enough. Neighborhood looks clean and safe. Breakfast was good. Price is higher than I would like to pay but I was looking for the hotel in this area. And the quality of the hotel corresponds to the price, so I would say that the price is fair enough.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Very good breakfast! Hotel located in a very beautiful area with nice cafes and restaurants around.

The communication with staff could have been better. One of the receptionist told me that I could make late check out without extra payment and this was not authorized by another when I left the hotel.

The only complain was that I got in the hotel after 22:30 and there was nobody in the reception. This was not actually the problem. The problem was that the code to get my key card in the box didn't work and I was tired and hungry to have to solve this problem so late at night. But also must say that the problem took not long to be solved, once I got a new code by the phone number in my reservation.

Loved the breakfast and that you could order freshly made type of eggs instead of the eggs laying in on buffet for a long time.

It would have been cool if the room had a chrome cast f.eks. Then you could stream your own movies

The room was very clean with a really nice balcony with a view of the Heinrich-Hertz-Tower. The hotel location is great - a really nice area very close to the Alster lakes with many beautiful buildings, stores, restaurants and bars.

Modern room with stylish interior. We had a good night sleep thanks to how quiet the room was despite being on the street side. Breakfast and servicd were excellent.

Simple bathroom nothing fancy. For 22 Euro the breakfast could offer more vegan options.
