This is a "just a room" hotel - no reception, no breakfast, no elevator (3 floors). However, just a room is all we need most of the times, and I enjoyed my stay there. The room must have been recently renovated, so it looked nice and modern. It was clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi signal good and free. Large bathroom with hot water and excellent shower head. Hotel location is very good, with a 5-minute walk to the Mundsburg train station, and generally it's on a safe and quiet main street.
Would have been nice if there was a bottle of water (or two) in the room.

The u bahn (at Mundsburg) is only a ten minutes walk, so the public transport connection is quite good. The parking with car close to the hotel is possible and not too expensive.
A little bit noisy, the windows are not too good for noise canceling.

I loved that it was very neat and the atmosphere was welcoming. There was little to no noise, even though it is situated on a busy road and also the proximity to the Hauptbahnhof is also a plus. It was a girl trip and Milano hotel made our stay very comfortable. Also there’s a buffet spot right beside the hotel and places to shop and eat in the vicinity.

Everything was good Location, hygiene, kindness, there was no reception however late checkin was not a problem with key box and owner was very kind on the phone Parking lot 5min by walk 3euros per 24hr. Perfect stay.

The location was nice. the privacy of the balconies was nice. Room was spacious. bathroom was nice and big.
Would have been nice to have a reception desk. Would have appreciated signs to hang on the door handles to request or decline room service. would have been nice if the staff understood English a little bit better. communication was difficult with staff except the main contact.

There was a pretty good view from the window, a good location of the room.
We booked a double room with a bath, but we were offered a triple room with a shower, because the staff cleaned the wrong room. It was a bit of a shame, because we specifically chose a room with a bath, but we didn't want to argue because we were very tired from the road.
