Nice accomodation near the city centre of Hamburg, with 5 minutes walk to the next metro station. The bus stop and a private parking were both on the doorstep.

Sound proofing was non-existent. Neither between the rooms, nor between the room and the hallway. Breakfast was poor with little options and unmotivated staff. Cleanliness was average, with visible spaces where previous guests were placing their glasses and mugs.

Very smart design, built with high quality materials, in a calm green area outside of HH center. Plenty of parking space if you travel by car. Nice breakfast. Friendly and professional staff.

It is surprising that a modern hotel built only 10 years ago with such a good quality materials didn't have A/C. The air in the rooms could be quite stiff if it is hot outside. When staying at the hotel mid-August, it was a limit, though the temperature outside was not that high. Still, considering all the positive aspects, it would be unfair to decrease the rating. 10 points

Everything was great. The room, the breakfast, the shower the hospitality from the staff, the private parking and nearby public transport. We would definitely come back to this hotel again when visiting Hamburg. The decoration paying homage to the old school building also felt like a nice touch. They also had a bar downstairs you could use that seemed cozy, we didn't use it during our stay this time but would definitely do so next time.

There is nothing much going on in the area, but that wasn't a problem for us. The room was quite warm and the hotel had no air-conditioning but we could air out the room every night.

The staff is overall very friendly and the hotel have very nice small and clean rooms.

It is a small thing. Overall everything was nice, but we stayed there for my girlfriends birthday, so i asked if a breakfast plate could be delivered to the room. That was not possible, which is a bit of a weird policy. They did set a birthday table i the breakfast room though, which was very nice. They gave me a glass of Prosecco, but not anything for my girlfriend which had the birthday? I think its because i told them she doesnt drink alcohol, but then bring a glass of juice or something or drink without alcohol

Curtains make it perfectly dark, they have both regular and ergonomic pillows on the bed, amazing breakfast with proper tea selection and set-up for the non-coffee-drinkers, which is rare. Free parking, beautiful spacious room, very nice and calm hotel bar area (inside and outside), really cute decorations, lots of attention to detail.

No AC but Hamburg is rarely as hot as it was when I was there. We had almost 30°. Don't think it's an issue. Hairdryer in the room is very weak but they had a better one you could borrow from reception.

Breakfast was excellent: good variety, pleasant surroundings. Although I was on my own, I had a table to myself. The hotel is close to the U-Bahn, and easy to find. The conversion of an old school is very well done and very tasteful.

You'll have to look around for restaurants: there aren't many. I went with my daughter to a good Italian one stop along the U-Bahn. There was some noise early in the morning from a motel on the next street, but not too irritating.

The place is a few minutes away from two U-Bahn stations (3 Stations away from the center) T hough the hotel is close to one main street, it is pretty quiet. The rooms are big enough for two people and bags. The bathroom is also quite spacious. The breakfast was very good! A nice variety of things to eat. Also the bar had a really good service.

The sign for the entrances could have been a little bit easier to find.

we decide after 3 nights for 1 more night ,guy at reception say we cant stay in same room(it was free upgrade) for same price and we need to move on.Next day we packed our stuff ready to move on, go on reception and surprice -when receptionist changed we dont need to change room. So this one guy at reception is not customer service friendly.

The hotel is located in a beautiful old building, a former school. Spacious room with high ceilings. Large bathroom, large walk-in shower, heated floor. Excellent room design: everything is comfortable, thoughtful lighting system, beautiful and comfortable furniture. Room is very good equipped. The breakfast is awesome, from 7 to 11, which means you don't have to adjust your business to the restaurant's opening hours. Really liked the school design of the common areas. I will definitely stay here my next visit of Hamburg.

Very welcoming reception, free parking in hotel grounds secured by barrier, stylish and clean bathroom. Stylish decor, reminded me of my old Grammar School in the UK. Just loved it. Pleasant breakfast room, good coffee and tasty selection at breakfast. Very long breakfast hours. Staff always willing to help, very attentive but not pushy. Cosy bar, free coffee at reception during the day. Complimentary bottle of mineral water every day. Minibar in room. Comfortable beds. Ample storage space. Ample information brochures available and complimentary town map and guide available. Within walking distance to next underground station .

Beds could be wider. In times of Covid, the breakfast buffet area could become a little crowded. Extending or spreading the buffet out along two or more counters could be an improvement, with one of the coffee machines set aside from the rest. The noise of aircraft passing over every couple of minutes but that's unavoidable (and very interesting!)
