The room was amazing and the facilities were great! The staff was available and helped out a lot. The area was quite and had a nice view on the city! Overall, it was a great stay!

The location it's quite out of the city centre but there is shops and fast foods nearby so I didn't mind it. There was no instant coffee or teabags which I would personally enjoy finding in te rooms. Overall it was a great stay!

Really clean and well set up. Handy to transport at front door and very helpful staff. Had information on all the sights and staff took the time to highlight a map and explain transport systems.

Rooms were very hot, we managed to get a fan which helped somewhat. Suggest each room should have a fan in it. The biggest disappointment was the management cutting costs by having 1 person run the bar,restaurant and cooking. The poor fellow worked hard but with a table of 4 and 5 couples eating plus 2 lots of couples for a drink, he was never going to win. We almost walked out and we think 2 other couples did. Very poor management understanding of good service. Shame on whoever made the call. The food when we finally got it was very good.

A fantastic hotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and with a quality feel greater than its 'three star' rating. Considering what you get also very good value for money. Loved the 'galley' kitchen with fridge, small hob and microwave. How often do you get that in a hotel??

Not really a 'didn't like' rather an observation. Although the hotel refers to itself as 'stadtmitte' (town centre) it's in an area with a fairly business / industrial feel to it (view from the window was of logistics firms 'backyards', for example). Though it isn't too hard to get into the 'areas of interest' in Hamburg - either by the no. 530 bus just outside the main doors or the 'U-bahn' (Hammerkirche) about 12 - 14 minutes walk (or a short bicycle ride) away...

This was a spacious and comfortable accommodation with a useful kitchenette to enable readying of small meals, we had a couple of breakfasts and one simple dinner which we made. There was a nice balcony although the early April weather didn’t enable much use. There is also a nice bistro restaurant within the hotel which provided us with a couple of nice meals.

The Hotel is a fair distance from the centre of Hamburg and the walk to the u bahn station (Hammerkirche) takes about 15 to 20 minutes (although there is also a bus to the u bahn station). Once at Hammerkirche there is great access to the full HVV transport network

Helpful and friendly staff who accommodated me for an early check-in without extra charges after my long flight. A good-sized room with most amenities available. A bit far from the city centre but buses that go straight to the city are available and the bus stops are only 2 mins walk/right in front of the hotel respectively.

The bedding and pillows were a little odd. There wasn't a blanket cover or a pillow case for the second set of bedding. No tea or coffee available. No supermarkets or restaurants near the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient.

Considering it is a three star hotel en the good price I was pleasantly surprised. Really good value for money and friendly staff

I feel it is a bit unnecessary to have to pay extra for a cot, it should be for free. Parking was an issue, the hotel parking was full and the streets as well had to park very far and did not feel very safe

Our time in Hamburg was excellent as was this hotel. We travelled during the time when the 9€ ticket was available so we were able to travel freely and as often we liked eg. we came back to the hotel to cook lunch and then went out in the evenings again. Our hotel room had a kitchenette. There is a bus stop around the corner from the hotel (1 min. walk) and the UBahn station is a 15 min. walk away. We used both options. It takes between 10-15 minutes to get into the city. We would stay here again.

A drying caddy for the kitchenette and extra tea towels would have been helpful.

The room was as expected,with a little kitchen and a very good size room. Nice and helpful personnel, that helped us a lot. Very clean and confortable. A liitle bistrot /restaurant downstairs. The hotel was quite big.

It's a bit far from the U-bahn (20 minutes by foot) and the buses have a non-convenient schedule in weekends and late evenings. The last bus around 9.30 pm. During the working days it's ok and the bus station is literarly at the entrance.

The location was good for a short vacation of active people. The main train station was 10 min by bus away and 20 min of walking. The scenery outside was very nice. There was a lot of place in our room. We had a large bed for two and there was a lot of natural light due to large windows. There were two wardrobes. We had a balcony and we had a view of the on the small river. There was a small kitchen place. We had a desk and a big round table. The breakfast was super.

There was no bath in the bathroom.

The facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was good, a bit expensive but good. The bed was comfortable. There was sufficient space for a family of 4.

It was quite hot however this is a common theme in Europe in summer as their houses/hotels are not suitable for this. The location was a bit out of the way, however I hired a car so it was fine for me. The parking was paid for and I don’t remember reading this on the website and was quite expensive.
