The hotel is brand new and had been open for only 4 days when we arrived Thursday before Easter. The hotel is stylish with a nordic design, and the location is great. The staff was super nice. Especially the man who greeted us at check-in and the two young guys in the bar. You made a superb mocktail for our 13-year-old son. If you read this, you know who you are 😊

Aircondition could not be set below 20 degrees, and we found the room too warm at night. We opened the window to get some air, but we were then disturbed by traffic. Because of this, we did not sleep very well, but I hope that this was just a temporary problem as the hotel is brand new and I know that everything was not working as expected.

Very new hotel, good design, very clean, perfect location in the city, friendly staff, would book it again. Small but well eqipped gym, unfortunately without water dispenser.

When I saw online they have a Nespresso machine, I was very happy, but guests should be informed, that you can only get once coffee capsules, if you want to use it during the complete stay you need to bring your own, as you can also not purchase them from the hotel. We were lucky and received some more for free, but that was an exception.

The location is very close to the central train station and the famous Mönckebergstrasse. There is a U-bahn station in front of it where you can transfer. However, you can also walk to places like Rathaus, Speicherstadt, etc. very easily.

We said hello and good evening to the staff several times. But we did not get an answer. I guess they are always very busy.

One of the staff is helpful to address my difficulties, such as giving me an advice to locate a german restaurant for dinner, helping me to order an omelette during breakfast time. But all staff is generally helpful, nice and friendly. The breakfast area is relaxing, the breakfast has different variety of food. The room is big enough and clean. The location is near underground station and train terminal. (thumbs up) This hotel is a worth-to-pay option for any travellers.

Its location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the central station. You can easily walk where you would want to go as a tourist. The room was small but stylish.

The extra bed wasn't comfortable, the room was not spacious, the temperature was set to 18 °C and you can add 2 degrees to it (20) which was cold for us, there were heavy quilts that kept us warm enough while sleeping.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was overpriced as we did not want such a large amount. We ate out and had two eggs, toast and coffee for E9. A two tier priced breakfast would have been perfect.

The bar had a very limited choice. The shower soap and shampoo were too high on the wall for a shorter person to reach comfortably in room 209.

It was slightly disappointing that there was no water bottle in the room especially when arriving late at night and having no energy to go search for water. It's the matter of maximum 50 cents. And unfortunately - it was unlucky that there was no spare ironing board.
