good location, normally could walk from train station & to old town, but since it was over 31°C, so took bus & tram instead, which is also convenient, as bus-stop next to door. Room small but clean. Appreciate free water & water boiler in room, of which even big hotels may not offer. Efficient & effective Luggage storage.

checkout at 11am, but at 10am, the cleaning lady opened my room even without locking first, can you imagine if I were in shower or naked? She even did not apology, only asked me if I knew checkout at 11am.

The location was walkable from the train station and because we had a reservation, we were able to check in to our room using the self registration system at 12, instead of 3 pm. This was really appreciated as we were just arriving from Canada and desperate for a nap. Hotel was also within walking distance of the old town (10 mins), where everything is happening. Nearby was a grocery store. Fan was in the room and was really appreciated as the weather was hot. Nice to have a kettle.

We chose to not have breakfast included, but there were not a lot of places close by where we could get a breakfast. Lots of choice if you don't mind walking into the old town first. It would be handy to have access to a fridge.

Very clean and quiet Close to the centre. Self check in and out. The self checking machine can provide an extra key to the room.

No AC, double bed was split into 2 mattresses.

- We definitely had a great time in this hotel. - It was easy to do the check-in /check out (there is a machine at the entrance that registers you and provides the room's cards) so I think you can arrive at a late hour. - The room was pretty clean, no smell of cigarettes - It was 27 degrees outside and it was not that hot in the room - The beds and pillows were pretty good, no back or neck pain after 5 nights here. - The room was really quite (I asked for a quiet room) overall but we could hear the sound of the elevator from our room (but it didn't wake us up). - I thought that it was a very nice emplacement, the hotel is in a quiet street. There are several excellent restaurant nearby (Japanese, Spanish, Italian, Thai). It was very nice to go for a walk in the neighborhood, very good looking buildings

Room and bathroom were a little small but very functional.

The hotel exceeded my expectations by far. Very clean, very good bathroom, heater that is perfectly functional, great towels, everything is clean and well thought of. I had a single room and there was everything one needs to spend the night well. There was a cup and a kettle and tea, which came in very handy after a long walk in the cold. As environmental considerations are important for me, a special thanks for no disposables in rooms! Loved the automated check-in and check-out and the luggage storage option. Highly recommended for those who need to spend a night and do it near the central railway station!

Close to the train station and bus to the old town. There was complementary water bottles and a kettle. The staff, especially the cleaning lady on the day that I arrived on Sept 14 around 1 pm was very helpful in assisting me to check my luggage into storage.

I thought that it was a hotel with reception throughout the entire day. I discovered that there is no one at the front desk until 3 pm. I arrived early to put my luggage into storage but found the entrance door locked. There was a self checking box but it would not accept my info. I knocked on the door and it happened that a cleaning lady was closed by and she assisted me in placing my luggage into storage. The website should specify SELF CHECK IN AND OUT and the SCHEDULE for receptionist. FYI, the receptionist is only there from 3 - 7 pm.

Simple and clean accommodation. Offered a bottle of water, tea/coffee and kettle in the room. Was afraid of no a/c in hot days, but was actually ok with open windows, even without switching on the fan. Very easy self-service check-in and check-out. Very good location in terms of proximity to train station (about 8 min by foot) and the old town (appr. 15-20 min by foot). Shops and restaurants are nearby.

Small single room. A bit noisy from the street (not far from trams), and neighbours watching TV can also be heard a bit. No breakfast in the hotel, the places nearby are usually open from 8.00. Take some cash with you!

Quiet location not far from either the old town or railway station. Room was fairly small but modern, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, including a kettle. Comfortable bed. Good shower. No breakfast is provided but there are plenty of options not far away. We'd recommend Cafe Extrablatt. We liked the out of hours check-in, especially as our train was late. An easy to use machine in the entrance lobby issues your card key. We didn't see a single member of staff our whole stay but could have phoned for support if we'd needed anything. Communication from hotel staff to my emails before our stay was excellent.

Nothing stands out. Compared to hotels in a similar price range that we've stayed in, this was above the average.

Beautiful little studio in a very quiet residential street. Great to have separate rooms for sleeping and eating, which is not always the case with aparthotels. Easy walk from the station for a late arrival or early departure and simple self check in.

There was no microwave oven which limited cooking options. Being close to the station means a slightly longer walk into town but it is worth it to be in a quiet area and there is a supermarket nearby.

This hotel does not have a 24 hour reception however there is a machine by the entrance allowing guests to check in, collect their room key and pay for their visit even when no staff are on site - I found this process to be very quick and easy! The bed was extremely comfortable and my single room was surprisingly spacious.

I did have some mild noise disturbance from other guests during a couple of nights, so possibly the sound proofing could have been better. Overall my experience was very good though.
