I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is easy to reach by car, there is parking available in their garage (12 Euros/night) which is very convenient but there is also parking in the street right in front of the hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, check in was fast and hassle free. My room was small, but this is what I paid for. Everything you need it was available in the room (hand soap, shower gel, towels) plus a nice free bottle of water. The room is nicely decorated, it looks new and it was sparkling clean. The hotel is located very central and 400 m from the central station. You have nice restaurants, shops and a bakery just around the corner. I will definitely come back and recommend it further.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't like the view in our first room and they changed it immediately. They had a fan in the room. The room had space to walk around in and the bathroom could accommodate two people. It was clean. The breakfast was great. They had hot and cold food. The garage only accommodates 12 cars, so please call ahead to make reservations. It is a 15-minute walk straight to the river to walk the boardwalk all the way to the ECK. It was a nice location. We were glad they spoke English well.

It was very nosey in the morning because we had to keep the windows open to stay cool. Was not able to look over the city because the building is only five floors.

Trip Inn Hotel Hamm is a hotel within walking distance to the railway station and the Old Town. It is spotless clean, modern and my single room had a view of a nearby church. The bed was comfy with down pillow and duvet. Coffee was available in the room, which was great! It's close to restaurants and a few shops. The check-in was smooth, the personnel nice. Breakfast was available for 10 euros per person, but I did not try it. Maps and travel info are available at the reception.

Everything was alright, no reasons to complain.

The breakfast room and choice of food was excellent. The staff were always friendly,polite and accommodating. I was there as my Birthday was approaching and I needed a holiday...and I had been trying to get to Germany ,to see the fireworks for quite a few years!!!

Clean rooms, a bit dated, but good location as it's a 15-mins walk to get to to the German Corner/malls/old town and eating places. Their front staff was amazing and helpful! Also loved that they provided sparkling water in the rooms. Underground parking is cool and automated!

The front desk wasn't open early so we did not know where to put the keycards after leaving the parking

there are no special remarks, perhaps the air conditioner would not be superfluous, but the fan saved us from the stuffiness of hot August

Simple yet functional bedroom, everything was as expected. A standard package from an average hotel. Bathroom was fine, room was clean, a regular size room but that was what I was expecting. Didn't had to pay for the park and around this location is hard to find a parking spot. Internet worked fine and was reasonable fast. Employees where always helpful and polite.

Only German channels on TV. I didn't really watch TV so it was ok for me. The internet works fine so maybe a laptop and an HDMI cable will be suitable for more demanding guests.

The location was very good and the staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and they have an underground safe parking lot where we could leave our bicycles.

There was someone on our floor that was very loud, watching TV with the doors open. Nothing to do with the staff or hotel in itself, but it was disturbing.

The Trip Inn Koblenz was terrific, staff were very helpful, the room was clean, comfortable etc and we slept well, good breakfast, secure car park. If we pass through Koblenz it’s a place we’ll check on availability.

Not much, it’s a walk to the Altstadt but not too much if I get a beer when I get there.
