Arrived early and was able to leave bags. Also room ready before actual check in time. Staff were very helpful, getting extra coat hangers and towels. Breakfast was very good, a good selection of hot and cold buffet. The hotel was clean and tidy, very comfortable, relaxing chairs inside the reception area and sofas with parasols outside from the dining area. Within easy walk to shops and cafés and the Rhine river a very short distance to walk. Handsoap, shower gel, hair shampoo/conditioner provided also two glasses. Shower powerful and fabulous temperature. We will definitely stay again.

There are no facilities for tea/coffee in the rooms. But we had our own travel kettle.

The hotel's location is perfect: it's 4-minutes walk from the Roman Theater (Romisches Theatre) train station, which is one of the several Mainz train stations and connects directly to Frankfurt airport, Frankfurt center, Wiesbaden and many points West. Please keep in mind: in many cases you won't need to change trains! The hotel is also close to many historical landmarks and Mainz's old town. In terms of comfort, everything was perfect, no complaints.

The breakfast does not vary day to day, it literally remains the same, which is OK for a couple of days, but after that you just look for other solutions in town.

The hotel was perfectly located in the Altstadt. It was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. My teenage son and I had a lovely break and we felt safe and secure at all times even late in the evening. The Park Run at Maaraue was a huge plus on the Saturday morning, with the day spent at the Freibad afterwards. Henning, at Clip 'n' Climb was an absolute gentleman. The only bad thing was the usb charger in the wall socket for charging phones. It was absolutely abysmal and wouldn't even charge the phone fully overnight. My son found that Barry Nolan was kind enough to charge his phone at Nolan's Irish Pub which was 300m around the corner.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff at night and during the day were very friendly. The location was very good. We could walk to the river to walk in the morning and evening after we toured Mainz. It was quiet even though we were on a main road. Parking was very convenient since we could take out our car whenever we wanted. It was a little warm in the room but I had brought my travel fan and was okay sleeping. There was a grocery store down the street that made it convenient to buy water, snacks, sunscreen or anything we forgot to bring. This hotel was a great location and we would stay here again.

The room was a bit cozy but we didn't have that many luggages, so we were okay. It was also warm in the room even though we lowered the temperature on thermostat and turned on the fan.

We loved the location close to all public transport to the center. We also loved how clean and quiet the apartment was and thd kitchen was well equiped.

We used the extra bed and didnt have any normal pillows to sleep. We also asked about parkkng and where they suggested we got a ticket.

Excellent staff, great location and comfy beds. if you are a tourist they have spare electrical adapters should you need it.

When the weather outside is around 0°C, the room can take little bit of time to heat up. everything else is good.

this hotel is in a great location close to the historical center. we were here around Christmas time and walked to the Christmas markets and also down to the river. it’s a well maintained place bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Room as expected. Small amount of off street space belonging to the hotel where I was able to park my Motorbike free of charge. Close to Mainz centre and amenities.

Paying €15 to park a BIKE. Parking gate not working. Being asked our room number 4 times when we arrived for breakfast was annoying.
