It was comfortable and clean

There was no ramp for baby stroller . It's not acceptable. Someone who can't walk would never be able to go up with pushchair . So me and my wife had to carry it every time to down from ladders and to up to enter hotel. It was unpleasant. We are just lucky that we didn't stay there for 10 days. Otherwise it would be real problem us . I don't think I will stay there again. Except this it was comfortable and clean . It's good hotel for short stays but not for the families with little kids

Breakfast it is more than Continental Breakfast. It is very close to what I call homemade breakfast. Eggs, Ham, Cheese, Fruti, Cereals, Milk, Juice, Fresh Coffee and some Cakes. Excelent, De Vivo's is an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel tha offer excellent dishes too.

The TV is only German speaking, hahaha. Natural for being in Germany. A nice complementary service if not expensive one or two channels of news in English, like CNN. For example, I don't speak German.

Hotel is very conveniently placed, free parking on the street in front of hotel, has a good Italian restaurant on the ground floor, not far from Ubahn or highway.

There were some reconstructions going on and they woke us up by drilling few days in a row, this must be a temporary thing though (September 2022.

Comfortable bed, new bathroom in our room, park view

Parking was up to us to try to find in the vicinity of the hotel where there was free parking, so it was stressful every time we took the car out weather we will find it close enough or well have to park far away and walk. The receptionist didnt speak english unfortunately.

Excellent Service, Christian was amazing and helped us a lot during our stay. He guided us to the parking around the area and even got us things which we have asked for during our stay. Thank you Christian, i hope we get more experience like your hotel in europe. Highly recommend

Air condition addition will be good during summer time

It was friendly owner shared with us cups, kettle and let us stay in the room after the time of departure. place is calm, nice and near the park, S and U bans.

Bare minimum room Kettle for water heating would have been great

The payed price was 44 eur for a twin room! It was a fair price. We want to book it again at our return to minchen but the price was 90 eur. really overpriced for what u get. The metro is 10 min walk. It takes you directly to the center. The parking is free on the street near the hotel. But not in the center direction.

For the price of 44 eur everithing perfect. If i pay 90 than i will write complains.

The location was perfect for me, 3 minutes to my office and 3 minutes to S Bahn. I liked the breakfast and also the staff behavior. Cleanliness is acceptable. The good thing for me was the refrigerator in the room. Also the restaurant at the hotel has good quality Italian cuisine with a very good price.

Good location, easy access, pleasant staff, affordable price with included breakfast.

Did not get the same room as in the pictures with reservation.
