Nice hotel with friendly staff and cheap coffee/hot chocolate machine (and free hot water for basic tea and coffee) in the lobby with an area you could sit and plan your trip, work a bit etc. Also option to buy a beer or similar to take up to your room. Friendly staff, clean room. Fridge. Bath instead of just a shower, which I love. Also very near the Westpark parkrun on Saturday, if you like that sort of thing.

Personally, given everything else was great, I wish there'd been a kettle with hot drink facilities in the room. Also, a little further out of town than I would have liked but that was reflected in the price. Only 4 or 5 stops from the main station but I didn't realise how long you would have to wait between trains!

Unfortunately all night we felt cigarete smoke. It was uncomfortable due the this issue.

The room was surprisingly large, great view of Munich neighboorhood, and quiet. The staff was great, spoke so so english and helped with directions on how to get around the city. The bus stop was 100m only and in 25´ takes you to Marienplatz.

We didnt like that the reception was at another building, two buildings away. There was no air condition or refrigerator. Also, breakfast was amazing but it was insulting two mornings though breakfast was included in our hotel fee, both mornings the buffet waitor in charge told us it wasnt until we pointed out our room and he saw it was indeed... no sorry or apologies.

The connection to the city sights is comfortable and fast. There are grocery shops nearby. Breakfast was sufficient. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Upon booking, I had asked for a shower chair in my room, and it was promised, I would have it. However, it was missing when I arrived. I guess nobody warned colleagues at the reception/ housekeeping. I was a little annoyed. The chair was brought to me after my request when I arrived, so in the end the issue was settled.

This is a very nice hotel. Although the lobby is simple but you can have complementry coffee and cookies. Room is nice bright and and comfortable. Bathroom is like a fiive star with almost all amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful.. Location is very convinient. Bus Stops and train station almost at doorstep. Grocery supermatket is just accross road and eateries nearby.

Bathroom door is sliding hence does not fully seal. Also there was frosted glass between room and batroom in a triple room which was inconvinient for family.

Location is very good, U-Bahn and Bus is close to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was surprising that the hotel didn't inform about the constructions and that the accomodation took place in the other hotel in advance. Positive that it was next to the "original" hotel.

Pravacy space, If you are not willing to be disturbed by staffs. There are two doors in the room, which separating the bathroom from the bedroom. So you can close the door when staff changing the towels.

We had a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great every morning an very worth booking. Hotel is close to bus and train station which makes exploring easy. It seems the hotel is one of two parts. The other one was being renovated, and although we didn't stay there, it looked just as good. At the moment there is an alternative entrance for the other hotel, which isn't as grand, but still looks safe and acceptable.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. The staff was extremely cooperative and helped with baby milk even at off hours.There were free candies at reception which my kid enjoyed. There were also free tea/coffee available near the reception

The free tea/coffee could be made available early in the morning for guests who have to checkout early.
