Super-friendly and accommodating staff. Good location, just 10 minutes walk from metro and train station.

Wifi keeps disconnecting, so you need to re-login frequently.

Hotel Amenity has been a very pleasant place to stay for us. Just a few minutes walk from Harras metro station and bus, the room was very spacious, had a spacious corner for television with seats, a table with seperate seats, a wardrobe with a small fridge/minibar and a safe. The bed was nice with good matrasses. The place had a private bathroom with a bath (really pleasant). A little hall where you could place your luggage, hang your jackets. They have a very clear and easy "system" for after midnight. We received a nice welcome-gift and candy on our cushons. Several windows that could all be opened. We had a view on the street on the 3rd or 4th (I forgot) level. They have a elevator which works fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. In the street there are a few bakeries etc. and there is a nearby, close to the station, a very nice Korean/Vietnamese/Japanese eatery and Asian shop in one (we loved the food there!) as well as a Chinese restaurant next to it. Check in and check out is easy. There is a nice breakfast area with a good breakfast which they offer to a decent price including a glass with freshly pressed orange juice (I never like the usual orange juice offered at many hotels, which are not freshly pressed).

Actually, this place was all fine. Just don't expect there's much to do in the direct neighbourhood.

Staff were super friendly. The hotel looks a little tired and dated from the outside, but the bathrooms were clean and fairly new and the bedrooms were spacious clean and comfortable. It’s in a residential(ish) area, but near the S7 so easy to get to touristy places. Breakfast was excellent. Generally very good value for money and we would certainly return. There was no air con, but Munich doesn’t typically go into the mid-30’s, so I imagine it’s almost never needed. The big fan and free ice cream definitely helped.

For what we paid, it exceeded our expectations. There were things that could have been better, but then we wouldn’t have been able to afford it.

One of the most pleasant hotels I have stayed in Munich so far (in that price range). Large, sunny, quiet room, clean but not sterile. I felt very comfortable there. Friendly staff that always welcomes you with a big smile on their face whenever you pass by the reception.

I have stayed in the hotel a couple of days. At least once a day I was signed out of Wi-Fi and had to login again via the so called captive portal. Not that big issue, but annoying. Internet access was rather slow, good enough to browse the web but not good enough for voice / video call.

Room size, really comfortable beds, clean new bathroom, garage and hospitality. Those who know standard (red) ibis level of a hotel, well this is it. Bus 53 stops 100m from the hotel and can take you up to the north part of the city (Olympic park and Freiheit), and U6 station is also not so far away. Nice neighbourhood with little bakeries.

We would like to have known how to move some platform in the garage so that we can move our car. Luckily, neighbours helped us, but it would be better to explain everything to the guests upon arrival. It does not have 24/7 reception.

The hotel was great, very nice and accommodating staff, perfect location that was super quick and easy to get to downtown Munich. And the breakfast was beyond fantastic, one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had in Germany. Top notch customer service, overall had a great time.

There is no AC, which luckily we didn’t need but others should know that before staying here. Also parking in their garage is expensive but very convenient.

Easy to get to, clean quality rooms which allow you to rest up. It is a rather quiet place, my room was facing an inner courtyard. The garage is available in the neighboring building. Breakfast was one of the best I have eaten throughout my recent stays in Germany, very varied and fresh. The hotel has a bar open during the reception working time + there's a supermarket right next to it.

Not much to complain about apart from the WiFi being somewhat slow and the shower cabin door opening a bit awkwardly.

Location: several minutes of walking distance to Harras U-Bahn station, which is about 15 minutes from the city center. That means a very reasonable commuting time to the city center. The hotel is also pretty close to West Park. Neighborhood: relatively quiet area The room: virtually everything is entirely new, modern design, and plenty of space in the room which also includes a small desk and a very comfortable armchair. The elevator is also a modern one. Internet: good speed, session up to one day (that's very reasonable when compared to other hotels with an only a few hours session) Staff: very nice and helpful, most have a good command of the English language, except for a few with good enough English. Misc: several tables just outside of the building where you can sit any time you like. Breakfast: good food, includes the basic, good enough to get you started for a day full of wandering. Also very convenient for the "early birds" (opens at 6:30 AM). Price: good price/value ratio. Everything is very clean. Overall: very good accommodation and I would recommend it to anyone coming as a tourist in München.

The place used for breakfast is rather small. A tip that might work: promote the places outside of the building, since some folks do not mind the chill and the mild traffic in the area to benefit from having breakfast in the fresh air.

the preparation was very good. I got treated with gummy bears and a very clean room. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable to shower in. I had a great stay and overall it was a great experience and absolutely reccomandable!

I didnt like the fact that they kicked us out at exactly 11am. We were very tired cause it was a long day and had much to do in the night aswel. A bit more tolerance would be very nice. If they work on that it would be a FULL star reward!

It's the 2nd time we stay at Hotel Amenity in Munich and our stay was pleasant as the first one. Location is very fine, with free parking on nearby roads and close to Harras S/U-bahn station. The room was comfortable, very quiet and with very good beds: we slept very well. Everything is clean and fine.

The check-in is open just few hours during the day, no 24h service: it's not a real problem, just be sure you arrive at the correct time. Prices went up quite a bit from the last time, but it's the same everywhere in Munich. For 3 nights stay there's no room service.
