The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge in our room, which was a bonus. The location of the hotel was good with the S7 line’s station to the center close by. There were good bakeries close by to get our morning coffees and rolls, I would recommend Zöttl bakery.

The elevators didn’t have any key card control - anyone could just walk in and take the elevator to any of the floors. Additionally the night receptionist didn’t seem to be around on the first night, which raised some concerns about security. Our room had a coffee machine, but no pods, cups or anything and no instructions on how one might get them. There was no information binder in the room and the safety deposit box didn’t work.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. He cared about me finding a parking spot and gave tips on where to park in the neighborhood. He even went to check on the spots available in front of the hotel. The location is also affordable, especially with a car. The room was clean and new, the bathroom was very well taken care of, and there were no annoying odors.

The breakfast was a bit "greedy". e.g., some of the food plates and baskets were empty, however, they were not being refilled again. Plus no "fancy" coffee, only "Filtercaffee".

We arrived early and were able to leave our bags there so we could explore the city until checkin. Room was large with plenty of space for luggage and whatnot. The location was fantastic, next to the bus and metro lines. Quiet neighborhood with access to what you might need. Overall, it served our purposes and was a pleasant stay.

I was surprised at how bare the accommodations were considering the picture and the list of amenities. While we had daily towel changes, there was a lack of toiletries and when I asked for more shampoo and extra pillows the staff seemed put out by my request.

The location was excellent (very near the U-Bahn), and we liked our room. The curtain system was great, and it was easy to get the room really dark. Breakfast was very good and everything was well prepared! We were really happy with this.

The air conditioning was ok, but our visit was during a horrible heat wave so we had moments where it wasn't as efficient as it could have been (but we like the temperature quite low so this is probably not an issue for other people...). It was nice that we could get space for our car at the garage, but I think it would be better if the parking spots could be reserved in advance. It's difficult to see that it would be somehow problematic, but instead it would be for some customers a reason to choose the hotel. We actually considered canceling our reservation because parking space could not be booked, but then decided to go anyway.

Small but comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms.

The ceiling under angle, need to be careful in order not to get hit with head. I lived on the 6th floor. In addition, no electricity in the room to charge the phone when exiting the room. The electricity is activated by key card only.

1. Inexpensive stay 2. Near by S-Bahn/ Bus station 3. Spacious room with adequate facilities. Very good maintenance.

. Bathroom/ Bathtub side has a transparent glass which makes uncomfortable (especially as asians) when bathing as they are seen from others in the living area. Buffet is costlier

Great location, 3 mins walking to U bahn and bus stop. Bathroom also has spa tub.

The cleaner came to tidy the room even tho I put do not disturb light. Also found a bug in the morning I woke up in the bathroom area.

Great. Much better than expected. The small fridge (from the photos we expected none) and the armchair that turned into an one person bed were very pleasant surprises (we has a reservation for two adults and a kid, having an extra bed for him was great). The price was very good for Munich

The location of the hotel was excellent. Very good by public transport and as well by car (we rented a car for a few days). Great staff (receptionists and cleaners), helpful with all the questions that we made. The beds were ultra comfortable.

The only thing that we would change are the pillows (they were too thin for us).

I had booked 2 rooms. My room which is seen in the photos was very nice. Two out of three employees were nice and very helpful. The Position was perfect. It was next to the station and in 10-15 min you were in the City Center.

The 2nd room which my sister stayed in was not so nice. It was quite small although it was booked for 2 people. One of the employees was not so nice
