It is really all you expect from these hotels chains. A clean and comfortable room with a good breakfast (with a very interesting pancake making machine) and the usual facilities. Nothing special but all you need for a good night rest and sleep.

There are some parking spaces around the hotel that are for free (but usually occupied) but the parking garage cost 17 euros. The gate at the parking garage was up so you can just drive in (but not drive out, you need a ticket from reception). I already new and it is mentioned in the information here this but this could be a surpise for some. When leaving by car and waning to go in the direction of the city center you first have to travel 700 meters in the opposite direction before you can make a U-turn.

New hotel, really clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast very good.

They have issues with the parking , some times you stay in fornt of the barreier and it doesn’t open, and it is a little bit expensive (17 euro). The breakfast area was too small for the amount of people and was crowdy. The ours for breakfast are till 10.00 but you should arrive at 9.30 because at 10.00 they close. They stop the coffee and juice makers and start cleaning around. In mu opinion, they should close access to the area at 10 but they should let you finish eating in peace.

We traveled for a holiday as a couple. The place is clean, the breakfast is nice and the room is comfortable with such a bed. The reception employees are friendly, especially Andreas who help us in one of the nights with the parking - highly appreciated! The cleaners are helpful too. Location is very good to road connections and public transport.

The towels in the room are smelling like they are washed with vinegar instead of washing detergents. The parking places in front of the hotel are always full as the underground parking especially Friday and Saturday evenings, it's a nightmare. So if you park your car leave it till the end of your trip.

Very clean, cozy room. For the price we paid, it is definitely acceptable that the room are on the small side. Comfortable and big beds (we're rather tall), surprisingly big couch bed. The room offers air conditioning, which was needed on the first day due to the hot weather. The shower is very big and the bathroom offers enough space. Friendly personnel, nice lounge area. The sound isolation is very good in my opinion. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the city center when taking the bus/metro, which means it's a quite area, perfect for families.

The parking space is limited, you might have to pay extra for the underground parking place. The scrambled eggs could be better and as in every hotel since the last decade, the orange juice is watered down.

Location is good (if you have a car. I am not sure there is a metro station nearby Breakfast was good (can be improved with some sausages and fried bacon) Quite rooms

There is a lot to improve on the staff (reception) Not a good system with the parking where you don't know if there is any place left The ticket system to leave the parking is also terrible. We have to wait 15 min to get a ticket because the clerk was busy in the bar.......you should provide daily cards for the parking In my room there was a problem where you couldn't increase the pressure of the water without increasing the temperature but last year in a different room it was working fine

Very nice hotel, comfy beds, location is ideal if you are visiting Olympia Stadion, good connection to the city center, nice breakfast.

- Conditioning and some other systems are noisy. It's good when you can open the window and street ambient would be louder than these systems, but if window is shut, it might be hard to sleep - After the first night, they didn't change towels. I didn't know I should hang "Ready for housekeeping" label on the door, because in all my previous experience the room was cleaned without this sign, just daily. Also, once they didn't add more toiler paper although there was only a small piece of it left - On the last day of our stay, some guy knocked a few seconds on the door, and then opened the door. He said "sorry" when he saw that someone's in, but for me it's privacy issue

Buffet Breakfast was great, comfortable stay and hotel room. We arrived at night but not very late. The reception and lobby were not full of new guests like us, however, the reception guys were too slow and busy, had to wait very long for check-in. Our room didn't even have a kettle but it had tea bags, we requested one and the staff said, we will get it by tomorrow because the access to the kettle was locked.

The room was very comfy and has a very nice bathroom and many facilities provided such as hair dryer and iron. The staff were enthusiastic and were always willing to help. The location is convenient too. There are a lot of bus routes with flexible timeline and are just a couple of minutes walking from the hotel.

A thing that didn't meet my expectation was the wifi. It was kinda weak so I still had to use my mobile data sometimes. The breakfast was great but not a wide variety for me. However, it was worth the money.
