The room that I moved to after the first one whose air-conditioning wasn't working was comfortable and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the hot water temperature was very good.

The first room's air-conditioning didn't work as expected (the controller was broken) and it took a couple of calls to reception to sort out, after which they were very helpful and moved me to a room whose air-conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was maybe a tad overpriced at 19 euros, but since it's all you can eat, others might find it acceptable. There is a very nice cafe within about 10 minutes walk (Backstern on Leopoldstrasse) that does a good breakfast, which I used to get a morning walk for exercise. The traffic noise was maybe a bit loud, but my earplugs took care of that.

Perfect stylish hotel and room, there were comfortable and clean. Cool service and the best attitude to clients, tasty breakfasts ( my little son was so much happy because even warm milk especially for him waitress make so quickly and with pretty smile).

Only one drawback for family with kid it’s that there is no doors between bathroom and the living room. It’s difficult to take a shower when child sleeps because of the loudness. Also restaurant in the hotel works only from 7 up to 11 o’clock a.m. to serve breakfast and that’s all. Difficult to find place to have lunch nearby, especially when you travel with children.

The selection of hot and cold food at breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Although there isn't lots around the hotel, it isn't far from Munich City Centre and it was only a 10min walk from my work conference, which was ideal for me.

All the channels on the TV were in German with no way to change to English, but also would be a good idea to have smart TV's to allow people to connect to Netflix, etc. The pillows could have been firmer.

It was a lot better than I expected given the other comments. Good size, free mini-bar, and very comfortable in general. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but you can get there quite fast (around 15 minutes) using the strassebahn, instead of the U-Bahn.

The room was out of range for the wifi and logging in was almost impossible. I communicated this to the staff and they were very kind and told me that they would get in touch with the IT team to solve it.

I liked the location, cleanness, free minibar (nice touch), staff and offerings at the Highlight restaurant and breakfast buffet.

Amenities in the room (no proper toiletries for a 4* hotel), there wasn’t a bathrobe until I asked for one, no slippers, internet was super slow (unacceptable for a business travel hotel), some of the reception staff seemed annoyed and stressed out. Upon my check-in the lobby area was full of dirty coffee cups.

Very convenient location for my meeting, good facility, very good breakfast, polite staff and excellent Wifi. I have all that I wanted during my business trip

Nothing important to complain about. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and location is not ideal for tourists wishing to explore Munich center, yet it’s a 15’ metro ride

the room was spacious and very clean, there was a large amount of storage, the restaurant was great (especially the staff, i think gabby and luke were their names), and the beds were comfortable

the man leading the morning breakfast staff was rude to myself and my companion, and made us feel unwelcome

It is in a quiet area of Munich, mainly offices of multinationals, easily accessible by car just off the motorway.We found free parking on the road behind, otherwise there is pay parking underground. Easy access to tourist sites and Old City by public transport. We had stayed here before and this was a return visit.

The hotel is great and very modern. The design is very modern and contemporary. Breakfast was pretty good and the service team was very helpful and nice. Location was very close to Allianz Arena which was perfect for the event I attended for.

Internet service d never work the entire duration of my stay. The pillows are very flat.

The staff was extremely helpful. The location, although far from city centre, is perfect for the business area thereabouts. The room is spacious.

Duvet could be larger, some noise from the air-conditioning and the breakfast was quite unimpressive for its cost.
