This is a really nice hotel for the price. We liked everything - the check in was super smooth, the rooms were big and clean, there was everything we needed for a short stay. There is a parking very close to the hotel, but it's not included in the price. Still, it was a good option because we needed to park our car somewhere. We're a big family so we booked two rooms (each one can accommodate 4 people) and they were next door to each other, which was great. The hotel offers breakfasts which are free for kids under 13, so if you have smaller kids you basically only pay for adults. We would stay here again when we're in Munich.

Nothing, really. Everything was great.

Room 311. "Super king" Everything (almost) the room. the separation between shower and the toilet. quietness. Good location, 250 meters to public transportation (tram 23 to münicher freiheit, several busses to lot of places). convenient room with a good bed. Enough ligt in the room and besides the bed. Well housekeeping. Compact gym but enough for us. The price was high because the Octoberfest (we didn't notice happens this day, while planning our 3 weeks trip. Otherwise, we'll begin in Münch the 3 stay nights in August 30).

No refrigerator, as described in "booking". Just minibar. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was "refrigerator". Don't read the descriptions in Hebrew version (in my case). It is not compatible with the English one. I found it In retrospect, when arriving. In Hebrew, they promised extra toilet (not in English), sofa (Armchair), electricity pointS beside the bed (point) and radio (none, enen I won't use).

We like this hotel and intend to stay in it again. The location is great, not too far from the Highway + well connected with the City center by public transport. The room was nice and comfortable, perfectly clean, and totally quiet. All in all, an excellent hotel for a one night stay half way from Belgium to Croatia.

Next time, if we want to eat something we'll go out. My husband ordered something, they took the order but returned after a while and told him it wasn't available. He thèn ordered something else. They took that order as well, and again, after a while the waiter told him it wasn't available. The third thing he ordered did arrive, but more than one hour after his first order. Luckily, there are restaurants in the vicinity, so the fact that the hotel restaurant isn't great won't stop us staying at this hotel.

The staff at the reception was wonderful, gave us many tips and was very friendly, really was giving the best advice for a pleasant stay. For the price and the comfort of stay, the location is perfect, it is not the city center, but with the public transport you can reach any place in minutes.

Just small things, maybe for a 4-person room, there could be more coffee tabs in the room, but of course, it isn't a necessity, you can easily ask in the reception and they would give you more, but it would be more comfortable if it was already there and you wouldn't need to ask. But of course you can't complain, because the coffee machine and the coffee is already just complimentary from hotel.

The hotel is located in a office part of the city; it seems a bit far from the city center, but it is well connected by public transport. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast is really good and varied. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There is a bit of a problem with parking. There is no place in front of the hotel. The street parking is limited (we were successful), but, if needed, there is a multi-story public parking around 500 m from the hotel. The hotel gym is very basic, but that was not a surprise.

Loved everything about this hotel. Clean room, comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed and then some. We got free coffee capsules and had a nespresso machine in the room. It had a separate toilet and bathroom, which is always useful. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage in their storage room after we checked out. The hotel is well connected to the city centre, there is a tram stop about five minutes walk away, bus stop a bit further, maybe eight minutes away and metro around 15 minutes.

Pros: -Despite the cold weather outside the hotel and the rooms were really warm -Everything is astonishingly clean! Amazing! They are cleaning the rooms everyday. -The personal was friendly and chill. The girl in the reception was 10/10. -It’s a bit far from the centre, but there is a tram (23) around 200 m from the facility. The neighbourhood is quiet. -There are restaurant and Aldi 5 mins away from the hotel. -The lobby bar is good. You can watch every football game with a Paulaner next to you.

-The architect who designed the bathroom door is for prison. It’s unsuitable, it’s unusable and it’s just bad. Only one glass door for bathroom and toilet is bad. -Zero ventilation in the bathroom and the toilet. -A bit expensive breakfast compared with the overall price for the room.

We were traveling with 2 kids and the 2 double bed room was perfect. The sliding WC door is also the bathroom door, which is a bit annoying if you need to go to the toilet while someone is showering, but besides that the room was perfect. Staff is quite friendly. They have a little Pacman game at the lobby. This was a very niche touch, as well as their free refreshing drink there.

Parking is available close by at the street. We decided do take their safe parking lot a block away for 16 Euro a night. I'm not sure it was worth it.

Below are just small observations. The hotel is really great and has everything needed. - The gliding door between the shower room and the toilet one. The concept is not bad, but in my opinion is not feasible for isolation. - The walls are a bit thin. I could literally hear the neighbour snoring during the night, and the glinding door moving. - No toilet freshener

I liked everything. The rooms looks so good and new. They cleaned the room daily and change our towels and it was like entering the room for the first time everyday. The location is good, you have stores and restauranta very close and its easy to get to the center (bus station across the street and you can buy group tickets from the reception). The people from the reception helped us with everything that we needed and the guys from the bar are so friendly.
