Breakfast buffet was excellent and so were the sauna and pool. Overall it was a great stay for my family.

Location is a bit far from the city but certainly not a deal breaker due to the U-Bahn connectivity. We stayed during Christmas and perhaps it would have been a nice touch for the hotel to give away a small gift for kids accompanying their parents during the festive/holiday season. It doesn't cost much for a small bag of chocolates even.

The hotel restaurants were exceptional. We really enjoyed the food and the extended hours for services since were had to adjust to a different time zone temporarily while in the country. Marcus and the other hospitality staff were very kind, friendly and prompt with our requests. My ten year old son gained a friend in him.

Otherwise a Great hotell with fantastic service and realy clean and comfortable. We realy loved The welcome in the consiere, hej The check in and The breakfeast. Perfect parking in the garage and easy to find.

A small problem was that The closing time for The pool/spa was 11 pm on info on the tv on the room. But on the spa door it was 9:30 pm. A bigger problem i think was that The internet access on The room cost extra and not is included. On a hotell like this it should be offcourse. I dont even ask. We took it for granted. Even on the cheapest hostel i think its nearly almost included its the year of 2024 not 1998. The burger buns i The Sportsbar was like breakfeast bread not realy internationell burger bread. Maybe that is common in germany and if it is you need to uppgrade to real soft burgerbuns. .

The hotel was in a nice location close to the park and a few restaurants. It was also walking distance from Munchner Freiheit where there are number of restaurants and the metro. Marienplatz is also a quick metro ride away. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable sleeper couch. The hotel was also in touch with the events happening in the area. They had flyers printed out with transportation options for both Adele and Coldplay with estimated travel times for the guests.

Mineral water was not replenished daily and they charge for additional bottles. The service at the restaurant downstairs was extremely slow, we left without eating on one occasion. The senior staff member (I think her name was Janine) was amazing, efficient and friendly but she often had to stop to teach the others how to make certain drinks and show them how often to clean up.

The room was bigger than I euxpected with a large TV, a Kettle, a chaise lounge, and the room was quite soundproof. The bed was very comfortable. There was space to put everything and the bathroom was spacious as well. Check in and check out was efficient, and the metro is only a 5 min walk. Very convenient. We would absolutely stay again.

Only suggestion would be a coffee station downstairs or water station. I didn't see cups for the water when there was some. That's the most I can come up with though. The stay was wonderful and it was a beautiful area.

The room, the comfort, the wellness center, the location (quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from the closest U-Bahn). The staff was very gentle and quick in resolving problems.

The space to hang clothes inside the closet was small. I suggest to add a few hangers outside the closet to hang wet jackets/clothes (so that they may dry). One cleaning lady was probably newly hired and did not speak one word of German/English. She was super gentle though, and when we needed something I was asking the receptionists so they would explain things to her. There was nothing negative about this stay!

We booked a deluxe room at the Munich Marriott After an Insight Tour, we spent 5 nights within the hotel and found it extremely pleasant and room was of a high standard and the amenities were outstanding. Staff were extremely helpful and pool spa excellent. Great location with easy use of the underground. Breakfast catered for all dietary and other needs. Top marks for their breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends. We also see why insight tours use this excellent hotel and we would hope to visit again.

The location and the kindness of the personnel. The restaurant/bar champions was re-opened again. We were very happy about that. The people who work there were so kind and friendly and helpful. They make you feel so welcome and special. The service from Ayham was really good. He serves you as a king/queen. All the compliments to him and his co-workers

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was nice. Close to underground straight into city centre. Room was comfortable and a great base for our family.

Car park was expensive, but we found a nearby car park at the outdoor swimming pool for free.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast, good connection to freeway and close to airport.

The restaurants were nice with tables not clean, unorganised seating, unfriendly staff and non inviting atmosphere with only the hotel bar as an exemption. We didn’t even bother to try the food. It’s a pity.
