We stayed in a deluxe king room and we had lots of space. In other reviews guests were complaining about not being able to hang things in the bathroom. We had a towel rack over the bathtub so we were able to let the towels dry there. The beds were very comfy and guaranteed us a good night sleep. I had originally booked a room without breakfast. On arrival i was asked again if I would like to book it. When I said no I was offered a discount. Since I parked my car in the hotel parking garage the cost for 24 hours would have been 24 euros. Breakfast is 26 euros per guest. So I was offered if I still book breakfast for 2 people plus parking I would only pay 50 euros. So basically one of us ate for free. So its probably best to book without breakfast first and then let them offer you the discount 😀. Breakfast was good with a big variety to choose from. There are also some nice restaurants in the area.

I am a Marriot Member but only to give free wifi to members in this day and age is not right. I asked for bathrobes and none were brought to the room. When inquiring at the reception I was told since it was a sunday the laundry staff didnt work and they had trouble finding some clean bathrobes. Not good enough for a Marriot hotel in my opinion. You are a business that operates 24/7 you should be prepared.

I love Munich Schwabing and Mariott Hotel location

First as a couple, we only found 1 towel in the bathroom, after complaining we got a few more, what bring this hotel down, is saving money on the breakfast which is for most an important meal and cost a whopping 26€ which we didn't have to pay....bread and croissant were chewy, I asked to,put the in the oven they came back hard as stone, so the kitchen staff is not up to the job, so I took the toasts ( as a parisian woman, I never take toasts but bread and croissants)

Rooms are nice and clean, well equipped. Breakfast is super complete, a lot of choices. OK for the price they charge. Pool and sauna are nice, although mostly full of kids not respecting the rules, making a lot of noise and you can forget this is supposed to be a relaxation area.

Parking is extremely expensive. Pool and sauna area are too busy with kids to find some relax there.

Very nice staff. The hotel building was lovely. Very nice. The food I had was adequate but basic for what I was paying for. The staff were very helpful.

The location was a disaster to get to. It is very hidden away and nobody local seems to know the location of the hotel. The area it is situated seems to be non-existent despite many fancy shops and restaurants. They were all shut.

The breakfast buffet was quite nice, they even had a kids' breakfast buffet corner! The gym was 24hours open which was very convenient and the spa area had a swimming pool, whirlpool bath, sauna and steam sauna.

Unfortunately, some of the showers didn't work in the spa area, the body soap was empty and the key of the lockers didn't work. Some signages in the spa area would have been convenient! Since not everything was indicated, we had to open all the doors to finally find the sauna, steam sauna, shower room etc.

It was a great stay! Hotel is centrally located, 5 mins walk from U banh and there is an airport express bus station right across the street which is a bonus point! The room was lovely with all the necessary amenities and surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Heating system is wonderful for the chilly weather in Munich.

Everything was perfect until we were checking out from the hotel as the front desk agent charged us for one day breakfast which we did not agree to. However, the agent insisted that we had agreed upon check in and was reluctant to process the refund initially. The matter was resolved by another front desk agent and it took a while to close the matter (we have yet to receive the refund in our credit card). I think it will be great if the communications could be improved and at least make some effort to mention to the guests for any extra charges before payment. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay!

It's a great hotel and every detail was great as expected. The swimming pool was a bit small for adults but wonderful for kids. Parking was easy and very safe, and short walking distance to different tram/subway stations was convenient.

Air conditioner controller was a bit tricky and we couldn't get the perfect temperature for our family. Shower drain was not perfectly smooth (; I'd suggest chemical pipe cleaning).

Parking. Safety Box. Refrigerator. AC . The staff is very friendly. Qibla Direction for Muslim . Hose water in the bathroom.

Breakfast less than expected. Loud kids in the hallways .

We asked for a hard pillow because of neck hernia. the floor arrendent said there is only one kind, no harder one. When we said we were here last year too, the floor attendant said: "Well, it means there is no more anymore, since it's a problem,you should have brought your pillow yourself may be”. it was REALLY not nice .. it is 4 star hotel..
