New and modern hotel in great location. Trains, trams and buses all close by and you can buy full day transport ticket from hotel reception. Rooms were very quiet - good for work and sleep. Very good range on breakfast buffet including gluten free. Staff welcoming and helpful. Excellent value for money. Ticked all of my boxes!

Suggest having tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, although these are available from downstairs food area.

Great room overall, price was reasonable, very high due to Oktoberfest, but the location was really close to the event, so it was. good price for the comfort of the room. Breakfast was really good, worth the price, and reception was extremely flexible in staying with our luggage on our last day and letting us use the lobby facilities at night before it was time to catch our train. They went above and beyond. Would stay again when coming to Munich, especially during Oktoberfest.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but clean and functional.

It was not quiet. Our room was next to the stairs and the stairs door kept banging. Also could hear people on the street There was someone playing rave music too after midnight in their room. Basically the noise… it’s the only ibis I’ve stated in where this has happened . Usually they are pretty soundproof.

Right beside a train station and convenience store. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were lightning fast. Continental breakfast with a big dining space. Great value for money.

Only heating available in the winter, so you need to keep your windows open if you prefer a cool room. Basic hotel room design, but that’s ibis!

The location is great, close to the subway. Clean, nice room, awesome bathroom with a shape that reminded me of a little spaceship - very cool! I like it a lot

The free Wi-Fi is pretty weak and takes a while to find and connect. Consider working somewhere outside if you were planning on working from your own room.

Location close to a U-Bahn station and close to family accommodation. Excellent choice for breakfast (continental). Bathroom well-organised for 1 person at a time. bedroom compact but well thought out.

Only bacon and scrambled/boiled eggs if you wanted a cooked breakfast. Otherwise couldn't fault it and would stay there again.

Everything was good except the key card system that was awful.

The key card system was a disaster and failed repeatedly to open the room, give access from the stairwell, to activate the elevator. We changed rooms and replaced the keys multiple times. It caused problems throughout our 4 day stay.

Breakfast was not included in the price of our stay, we bought one on the last day and we can confirm that the choice of food and its variety was excellent.

Only one thing we missed in the room was a fridge.

The hotel has a great location, the transportation options (metro, tram, bus) are in few steps from the main entrance. The staff is friendly and the room is clean. The bed is comfortable.

Usual check-list: no nonsense good quality stay. great breakfast options. fantastic WLAN speed. bathrooms and beds very good. sound insulation good. Finally, on reception, special mention for Frau Fritz who was really helpful.
