This is a no-frills, but very cozy and clean hotel in a strategic position in the center of Munich. The room is basic, but there is everything you need for a stay. The decor and the (old) furniture of the common spaces and the rooms is "cute" and gives a feeling of coziness. Every member of the staff with whom I talked was really friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, only 5-10 minutes to Marienplatz by S-bahn (500mt).

This hotel is perfect for cost-conscious tourism and business trips. If you feel you need a mini-bar, a 40" TV, orthopedic mattress and choice of 4 pillows, then look elsewhere. Also, the space in my room was limited and for instance there was not a table where I could have worked with a laptop. I did not need it, so it was OK for me.

Hahn Hotel was a boutique hotel. It felt really homey and cozy. The best part of the hotel was the people. The hoteliers there were the nicest people. At the bar, I had a few great conversations with the hoteliers and guests there. I'd come back to the hotel just for that. The breakfast was also amazing. They made fresh eggs for the guests upon order. The location was also convenient. It was a short train ride from the main station.

I really enjoyed the stay, not sure if there is anything I could complain about.

The hotel gives a feeling of local culture through its interior. Very nice furniture and mattresses. We took regular room for two. It needs a little reparation on walls, but still clean. From our window we saw a busy street, but with close windows room remains calm. Wifi works. The location is ok, 3-5 mins to the tram station, from where you can get to the city center fast. The walk takes apx. 40 mins (3 km) to Karlsplatz, where the city center starts. In additional 10 mins you see the Rathaus on Marienplatz and so on. The central train station is apx. 25-30 mins walking along the road. Can be done with bags without a taxi. Near the hotel are Edeka and Lidl, please check their opening times (on Sunday everything is closed). Breakfast can be ordered at the hotel, but we did not try it (16 EUR). Parking is possible for free along the street with a special Parkschein, which can be received at the reception, but still, it can take time to find a place. The reception is friendly and when you are lucky to see the owners themselves they can be dressed up in traditional Bavarian clothes. So, a nice place for a normal price.

This is a lovely, family run hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. My room was small, but very clean and with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good, with freshly cooked eggs and bacon in addition to the continental buffet. There is also a nice bar. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the tram stop and just a few stops to the HBF and then a few further stops to the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Munich.

Hotel Hahn has this Bavarian farm style and spirit. there are many interesting decoration details. it is noticeable the moment you go inside, the entree, bar, the breakfast area and what exist inside these rooms (the tablewares, the paintings, the chicken theme and many others). I personally admire the owners efforts on preserving the hotel identity. I simply enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hahn. it feels comfortable.

Generally, the hotel room rates are not very expensive. so you get what you pay, however there is still room for some enhancements. I personally like hotel rooms that include mini fridge and the ability to make coffee/tea. plus they need to work on having good internet speed and coverage.

Our stay at Hotel Hahn was pleasant and peaceful. The building is historic and in Bavarian style. The uniquely friendly staff and owner made us feel at home. The room was adequate and the bed really comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located to the center (Tram-line 19) and offers the possibility to buy tickets directly at the hotel. Parking in or around the block is a very rare possibility in such a busy city, we appreciated that! A wonderful experience in a city worth visiting.

This was a lovely hotel. We enjoyed staying at traditional Germany hotels with traditional furnishings during our trip- and this hotel definitely delivered. It had a charming dining area downstairs and very cute furnishings in the rooms. It was a quaint room, but had a nice window looking out into a courtyard area and nice furniture in the room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were confused where to park and the kind man working the front desk walked all around the outside with us helping us find where to park, which was so kind. When we checked out the woman working the front desk was also very caring. The hotel has free parking and is located right by a couple tram stops. You can take the tram all the way downtown into the Old Town Area, which was very easy to do. You can also walk to a variety of shops, stores, and restaurants in the area. Our favorite dinner spot we found nearby was walking over to Augustinerkeller. Overall, this hotel was a good value stay in Munich.

There was no AC, which is common in Germany. Our trip was from late August- early September, with temperatures getting down to 55-65 degrees F at night. We thought our room would get cool enough at night because when staying out in the German countryside and getting more of a breeze at night it was fine. However, being in the hot bustling city on the third floor with no AC, our room did not cool down at all at night.

I loved the style of the hotel, as well as the art decorating the hallways and spaces. I also really liked the view from my room and how private my space felt! Additionally, the room was cleaned frequently which was a lovely bonus.

I had some slight issues with the wifi, and the room wasn't very soundproof, but neither of these things affected me much. I can't think of anything other than this, my stay was lovely overall and I would absolutely come back.

Location wasn't bad as tram stop easy walk and the trams were heading to where we wanted to go. Honestly i would stay here for the breakfast alone. Staff were the best.

Being pedantic . The room maybe a bit tight for some. However quickly adapted. I now realise hotel rooms in Germany bit tighter than what used to anyway. Exceptional clean. Bed very comfortable.

Location was good, very close to the trams and train station and there was a supermarket nearby for snacks. Room was very traditionally decorated and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English.
