This was the PERFECT hotel for our family of six. We range in age from 45 to 6 years old, and stayed in a 6 bunk room. It was so well laid out and designed that it never felt crowded - storage is in the room is very large cubbies (one cubby per bunk and it fit my entire carry on luggage while open, plus had additional shelving.) Everyone's stuff remained contained and well organized. There are two showers, three sinks, and one toilet per room. It's a quick walk to everything and anything you can't walk to is a quick trip on the subway (there are subway entrances EVERYWHERE, super easy.) We will absolutely stay here again!

There was only one downside to our entire stay. On Friday and Saturday nights there is a club that BUMPS the music until 3am, and you can here every thump and bump of the music. No one slept well that night, even with the noise machine apps on our phones AND headphones.

We were on a family trip so ourselves with 2 kids (9yrs & 11yrs). We stayed in a suite which slept 4 very comfortably. The room was absolutely lovely, so big and spacious. The staff were so nice, couldn't have been nicer, very friendly and gave us great advice about places to eat and places to visit. The breakfast was delicious, mainly continental but some hot food too. The location of the hotel was ideal. Just a short walk to the U station, we loved the location, its a perfect base for getting around and seeing Munich It's located right across from where Octoberfest is, which now has big tents which have food, music and markets, we went twice to this area (reccomended by a lovely staff member in the hotel). My parents and brother and sister in law also stayed the same time as us and they loved it too. Its not just a family type hotel there were business people and couples there too. We will 100% be going back to this hotel, can't reccomend it enough.

Nothing. The restaurant was booked out for an event one of the nights but that wasn't a big deal really, we got a reccomendation for an Italian restaurant close by so it was no issue

The rooms were very modern and quite spacious. We had a 6 bed dorm for 5 of us and there felt like there was adequate space. The two showers was nice. The reception area was a good space to play games and have a drink at the end of the day (some games provided). Kids loved playing in the kombi van in reception which was really cool.

Daily housekeeping seemed a bit unnecessary. Budget breakfast could have had a bit more hot food - limited to only scrambled eggs and Bavarian sausages. Would have liked bacon at a minimum.

The hotel has a basement carpark which is convenient for us as we traveled by car. The location is about 20min drive from town. We like the modern design, cleanliness and the breakfast. We have 5 in our family and booked for 6 person private room which comes with 2 shower rooms though only one toilet but is separated from the shower area. There is restaurant behind the hotel which is about 5min walk so we need not drive out for dinner. There is also a museum within walking distance. A good choice for family and friends who traveled in a group and value for money.

Our family loved our stay at the hotel. The room itself was of great size, lovely little additions with domino for kids so one can really feel like at home. Breakfast was very good. You cannot reserve parking but if there's a spot and we got one, the parking is just around the corner and for longer stays very convenient. We did not use the public transport but it seemed close. Nearest grocery store for water and snacks is also just around the corner. Our family member also found some great running tracks near the hotel. If we would return to Munich, we would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed everything.

The interior and decor are excellent. The family rooms are spacious and have a partion wall so you can split the room in two which is great to put toddlers to bed in the cot and still be able to watch some telly, read or talk. Everything was clean and cleaned daily. The location is fab with shops, U-bahn and Straßenbahn stops literally around the corner and it only takes about 10mins into town with the U-Bahn. There also is a lovely beergarden with geeat food just around the back.

There was no prior info that some family rooms only have a shower, which are slippery and a bit tricky to manage with a toddler. There was no space in the shower to keep your own toiletries other than on the floor, which could prove tricky for pregnant or elderly guests or those with back issues. So-called family rooms only have a kettle but no microwave, so there is no option to heat e.g. bottles, however, the staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly and happy to heat up milk. The buffet was good quality, but not much choice or variety. The usual continental options of a two options of cold cuts and cheese, bread rolls, boiled egg, scrambled egg, and German Weisswurst.

location was a bit far from.city center but none the less a good location. the size of the room.was very good. i compared the same with city center properties and selected this property.staff was very good and always helpful and courteous.

Facility in the room- expected tea coffee maker. there was no body lotion for bath. Breakfast could have been better, especially they could provide sliced bread which can be toasted. we are vegetarian and for 2 days continuously we ate the same.crusty bread and fruits and cereal.. so i suggest the same

The hotel is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, about 30-40 minutes walk from the old town of Munich and 20 or so minutes by public transport (metro). The area is very quiet anf safe. The room was great and easily fitted us with our 2 children. The rooms featured a bar cabinet that included a welcome bottle of water and 2 board games for children which was amazing. The bathroom was also large with the toilet and the shower being separated from the rest of the bathroom with doors. The room view was really beautiful and the room was cleaned on a daoly basis. The breakfast was very fresh! We loved tbe fruits and vegetables there. It featured various choice to match anyone's likings.

The room can easily fit a small fridge (e.g. under the vanity table in front of the master bed. Fridge is required for families as we could store milk or fruits in it. The breakfast although it was tasty, it lacked some more options for eggs (it would be good to order an omelette) have more pastries and it could feature some day specialties so that it doesn't end up being boring.

We travelled from the U.S. and stayed at this hotel to enjoy the city and attend spring fest. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of where Oktoberfest/Spring fest takes place, which was perfect. I was traveling with my husband but can see why this is considered a good hotel for families as there is a small play area in the lobby and the rooms are very large. We upgraded to the suite, which had a separate sitting area with a couch. The bed is very comfortable. The suite has two toilets, which was convenient. The hotel seems very new and expertly decorated. We particularly enjoyed the bar, and the bartender Ariel was a delight.

There were only a few things missing from this experience. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee or tea so I’m not sure what the point of having it in there was, other than to taunt me every morning. There was also no iron in the room, which the front desk did provide upon request. We did eat the breakfast buffet one morning which I found just ok, however my husband really enjoyed it.

We were a family of 5 and came to Munich for a one night for Adele concert. This place was amazing…much more better than it is advertised. Rooms are so spacious and functional. The reception staff were very polite and hospitable. Place is close to transportation such as metro and buses so very convenient. We drove from Vienna and the place has a private underground car park for 12€ for a day, very affordable and convenient. We had open buffet breakfast 13€/per person and the variety of options were amazing. We definitely recommend this place.
