It is simply a great hotel. Professional in each detail. Two things are worth to emphasize: the very welcoming staff and the location that is simply perfect: the same distance from the airport regardless if S1 or S8 is used, it's located next to one of the stations where all the S-Bahn trains are available, trams 18 and 19 to the city center, one stop from ZOB and two stops from the main railway station (by S-Bahn). Grocieries next to the hotel - the small EDEKA next to the hotel and the big EDEKA on the other side of the bridge. If you're going for a concert in Backstage - it's in a walking distance or one stop by any S-Bahn.

Exceptional stay. Room was spacious, and very clean, with all needed amenities. Beds super comfortable. Location perfect. One of the highlights of the stay was very professional and friendly staff Boris who is very welcoming and helped us with all our inquiries. I have travelled a lot, and surely can say the level of staff service in Hilton Garden Inn is top tier.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was very nice to sleep in. We where Traveling with our 1 1/2 year old baby and the extra baby bed was without charges and fit into the room. Thx for that. There are several food and drink locations nearby which are easily reachable in a walking distance. The Train station close to the Hotel brings you in all directions to munich and to the airport too.

The parking lots in the park house are very very tiny. Take care to not scratch your or other peoples car. Though its free of charge so I can still recommend it when you don't have a big SUV. We drove an Audi A4 and it was hard to get into the lots especially the ones on the wall. Take out all your luggage and stuff before since the passenger side cant get out when in the parking lot.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the station for me in the morning.

I couldn't sign into the WiFi. I was given instructions on arrival but they didn't work. I'm sure this would have been resolved if I'd been staying more than 6 hours overnight, but I was too exhausted to ask about it at the time.

Really nice hotel lobby and bar. Breakfast buffet was good with many options. The hotel was very close to the train and tram. Nice staff.

The room was very warm even if it wasn’t so warm outside during our stay. According to the staff they are aware if this issue and trying to fix it.

I reserved a room for 3 & it would have been perfect if the room was already prepared for 3 guests . I had to request an additional set of towels, the body wash and hand soap was missing and there was only one mug in the room. Housekeeping could use a little more attention to detail.

Coordination between Booking.com and hotel. I got confirmation at time of booking for updated check in time, but hotel denied same. Although the front desk management was very helpful and got me early check in as required

Location - you come out of the S-bahn and look left and it is right there at the end of the overbridge. Tram stop right in front of the property. It has a free washer and dryer.

No free breakfast and paid breakfast is a steep 22 euros per person

Friendly staff especially the Barman who gave us all a complimentary Snapps,a nice touch. Despite obvious staff shortages everyone coped reasonably well. The smaller lady at reception unfortunately I forgot her name was extremely helpful and allowed me to forward boarding passes by email to reception printer for printing as the hotel customer use printer was kaputt. The Breakfast was excellent although it really needs to be kept a little warmer as it cools rapidly on taking. Great value for money with great location for U-Bahn and Tram.The two Filipina ladies at Breakfast were also very helpful.

Covid is presenting serious staffing challenges and the Hilton is no exception. Having one PC screen and printer out of order at the Hilton and then followed by the failure of the printer at it's sister hotel across the yard will inevitably result in additional pressure on staff for printing tasks. Staff definitely need more help and are to be congratulated on coping under such pressures. I am sure post covid it will return to it's previously held superb reputation. Stay on top of maintenance or staff will suffer.

Location was great-very close to the train station. We came by train and used the local train to get around the city. The room was great.

We booked a room with a bed and sleeper sofa, and when we got to our room, there was only a queen bed (I was travelling with my adult son). I told the desk and they apologized and immediately gave us a different room. The room was very warm and the desk said the temperature is controlled, so we had to open a window to cool it down, and this was in February.
