Everything, it was a very well suited property for my taste. Tasteful interior, great breakfast, rooftop bar, service, shoutout to housekeeping as well. Wi-Fi no complaints I stay in different hotels one or two times a week, this one definitely gets my thumbs up

I really liked this about the property but other guests may have different expectations. The walk to the centre of the city where all tours start is maybe 15-20 mins which was great for me as this is the posh part of the city anyways so not crammed with tourists all the time. Hotels at the Center are just too small.

the check-in process is too slow! lines are very long and it took about 10-15 min for each check-ins. Staff training is needed. two examples: staff thought I would stay 4 days when I checked in. after some communication this is clarified that I only stay for 3 days. but when I checked out they still tought I stayed for 4 days! hadn't I double checked, I would be over charged. another example: my room was 1st floor of the other building which will require me to take the lift to 5 floor and pass a bridge to go down. The staff should have told me so because I cannot use the door key to press 1st floor in the lift. In general, I do not feel the staff working process meets the standard of this brand especially it is in Germany!

A beautiful hotel, really well designed. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the road outside - and superb soundproofing. The window seat is a nice touch! I loved the electric curtains and blinds, too. The free mini bar was good too, it saved us buying drinks for the daytime. Another plus is the restaurant - great service, decent food.

Not really a negative, but it’s a fair way from the city centre - but there’s a U-Bahn station withi a few minutes’ walk.

This hotel is excellent overall. The bed is comfortable and the layout of the room is pretty nice. Food is good as well.

Stayed in a suite, great size. Comfy bed, nice big bath. Ordered in room dining and most items were tasty. We will always choose a Hyatt where we can.

Air conditioning was difficult to adjust, the team didn't send someone. Minibar is inclusive but only a bag of chips for the snack, compared to other Andaz a bit small. Had to call down for mini bar replenishment (probs should be included) when turning down the room.

great location lobby looks amazing parking is incredible staff are professional rooms are very modern and cozy room service is fast and precise I must note that in the evening of the 27th of October 2022 a very kind young lady from the check in counter was very helpful and did everything that should’ve been done by more than one person from the hotel staff thank you for your hard work

nothing the hotel was amazing unfortunately the valet and luggage personal weren’t present when we arrived

needed more options for Gluten Free customer, granolas - options - bread options - oats - oatmeal

Restaurante staff was excellent, waiter Miga and others always very kind, and personal, also even the Chef came to our table to explain how to make a pea soup! Personal service!

breakfast very expensive, 40 € pP, so I ate at Bicycle- missing a good barista there

I asked several times on different days to repair the minibar fridge, and as my duvet had some spots from the coffee( I spilt it), but they did not changed the blanket. The pool opens first at 10 am. I chose the hotel to swim before meetings- this is not possible

+ location good + facility is new and well designed + the stuff were friendly

- we booked two rooms (with our kids), the staff gave us two rooms just at different side of the floor, after we complied, they did switch two romms nearby for us. should not be a mistake for high level hotel. - as we stay, hotel stuff rushed into our room suddenly to bring a extra bed that we did not require. We thought it would be for the next guest.

We didn't ever get the included breakfast...not sure where that was? But our room was wonderful and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed that the room that we reserved had been given away since we checked in late (the next morning) even though I had called to let the hotel know that we would be coming in from an overnight flight from the US and checking in that next morning.
